Worst experience of my life! Took my Himalayan to get her vaccines. We were put into a examining room to wait almost over an hour. When the doctor walked in I was in the process of packing up my cat, 4 month old, and 8 yr old to leave. Dr. Rankin never gave a sincere apology for running behind. She then told me how my cat needed a dental done. When I asked about dental month she stated that was the month prior and chuckled saying "you dont save that much, just 10%". Well when your talking $600+, 10% really adds up. On our way home my poor cat peed herself in her carrier which I didnt realize till we got home and I let her out. I had to then bathe her myself sense her backend was soaked of pee. I am not a groomer so bathing a Himalayan is not very easy. The next day I had to call around to try and find a groomer that could bath her again because she still smelled of pee. Getting her groomed cost me $75! I have traveled multiple times with both of my cats for 2 hours in a car one way and never once did they ever mess or pee themselves. I can keep going on but I am just going to stop there and never take my animals back.

Sometimes a trip to the vet can be a real heartbreaker. Ive been there for happy appointments, but not today when I had to say goodbye . Ive seen both doctors in this practice and they are both very compassionate to the pet as well as to the "parent". The entire office from the time I call to make the appointments, until I leave are fantastic! The staff are well trained and knowledgeable. Everyone is very caring and take their time to explain and actually LISTEN....this includes the doctors. Dr. Brown came highly recommended to me and I LOVE her! After meeting Dr. Walls today under such sad circumstances, I would see him again and recommend him as well.

This place is nowhere near what it used to be. Staff makes you feel guilty for having a sick animal. Like they even have a clue as to what others have been through. They will run hundreds and thousands of dollars in tests just to tell you they dont know whats wrong. They need to seriously reevaluate their outlook on pets well being and quality of life. Who wants to be poked and prodded their last days of living? Not me. Pathetic that its all just to make a buck. Last time we EVER go near this place!!

This clinic has been taking care of all our animals (now 2 dogs and 4 cats) for the last 12 years. I have found the doctors and staff to be very caring and professional. They have squeezed me in when there were emergencies. They do followup calls when needed to check on pets. I am sure you could probably find cheaper services but I have always found the old saying to be true "you get what you pay for".

These people are phenomenal about your pets. After 17 years with our baby girl we had to say goodbye and the treatment we had was outstanding and they did exactly how I would have treated someone and their loved on at such a hard time. They cared well for her long life!
