I wouldnt even give one star. Just had a appt with my bloodhound for his chronic eat infections, we saw Dr. Coyner in dec of last year for skin issues that cleared up so we followed up with our regular dvm for care and not doctor coyner. Today we went in for his ears, Dr. Coyner walked in and immediately was red faced, shaking and obviously pissed off for lack of better words! She was yelling at us for not coming back for a recheck almost a year ago! She told us we had let our bloodhound suffer (which I absolutely not true) and she drilled me on everything we had done for him since then even though I had the records in my hand trying to hand them to her. I told her we had X-rays done and my normal vet and a dental cleaning/ear flush and that I had the records here. Before I could even finish what I was saying she cut me off and walked out to call my vet. I could hear her in the treatment room talking crap about us! She told her vet tech we didnt understand the importance of allergy testing and recheck with only her. She be mouth our normal vets! I will never ever ever be returning! She made my completely relaxed bloodhound shake and nervous by how she was yelling at us. I will be driving to Seattle now to see a dermatologist from here on out! Dr. Coyner and her completely unprofessional vet assistant are money thirsty and absolutely rude!

Receptionist Vicki and Dr. Coyner are the rudest people I have ever met in my life. They have absolutely no people skills and deny me the right to speak to Dr. Gould(whom is amazing). They get very rude and defensive and make everything personal. Vicki said "do you just not want us to care," when talking about my cat, which is my child! Dr. Coyner is very unprofessional and will not allow you to speak more than 5 words to her in 2 minutes. They should not be allowed to work with people until they take sensitivity training of some kind. Also, Vicki has a possible nevous laugh so if you are veing 100 percent serious she will laugh at everything you say

Not happy at all. $1700 in tests, over $500 in medicines. My poor dog is miserable, hair falling out. Tried to get in today to see them (spend more) and they said mid December. My dog is suffering and miserable. These people are not very nice, in my opinion. My dog is like my child and they treat her like a bothersome number. They say she has allergies but cant be specific. Tossing darts at at possible cure, costing me thousands with no relief. I recommend trying another vet. I DO NOT recommend this one!

We had gone to 5 different vets and spent in the neighborhood of $8-10k over the course of almost 10 years trying to figure out our dogs skin condition. 1 visit and $300 later he was properly diagnosed and on his way to recovery. He is now at 100% and its like having a puppy again. So nice to see him healthy. He had gotten so bad we were running out of options before considering putting him down. We cannot thank you enough.

Dr. Coyner is very rude and disrespectful and cuts you off and does not allow you to speak. Receptionist Vicki said "do you just not want us to care," when I said I could not make an appointment right away. They have zero people skills and only care about their money. Side not: Dr. Gould is amazing and if those 2 would stop denying me the right to talk to her I would consider bringing my cat again!

Nothing but praises. My dog now has a wonderful life without itching himself all the time. Can tell the Dr. really cares about animals and their owners. Would recommend--if you have a pet with serious allergy problems the place to go is "Dermatology Clinic for Animals". You will be glad you did.

Been trying everything for 3 years, and finally, this poor itchy dog is getting some relief. They are very thorough, and treatment plan clearly printed out. We may still be investigating what is at the root of it, but in the meantime, food and medication change has made for dramatic improvement.

My cat suffered horrible itching (atopy) and was mutilating himself. Over the course of a year, Dr Coyner was able to narrow it down to his exact allergies and create a serum for him. His hair is all grown back-in now and he is playful and happy again!
