Sears Optical in Eau Claire, WI has been a horrible experience for me. They prescribed the wrong prescription which was not realized until after they ordered a years supply of contacts which they now wont return 2 of the boxes because they have been opened. Since then I have been back there 4 different times and the Dr. still cant figure out what my correct prescription should be. Not only am I out over $100 dollars because of their original mistake, I also have to go somewhere else and pay for a new exam... and then order more contacts again. What a completely disappointing and expensive experience Sears Optical has been. Go somewhere else.

I have had a lot of trouble with them! First they ordered the wrong contacts, then they ordered the wrong trials and when I finally went back in for a second appointment and they ordered trials, the doctor still couldnt figure out my prescription! They are great for glasses, but avoid them at all costs for contacts!
