Since our breeder worked with Parkside, which came highly recommended, we switched from our prior vet. I wish we never had. When dropping off our dog to be groomed and receive vet services, my husband confirmed the pick up time we were told when making the appointment. Much to his surprise, he was told the groomer was not in till 1 pm. He then asked if 5 pm would work. They confirmed it would. When he arrived at 5 pm, he was asked if he could come back at 7 pm. I understand issues can occur, but no one called either my husband or I to let us know or provide us options. Needless to say, we were less than thrilled. When I got home, I was mortified by what the groomer did. You are never to brush or comb our dog. It was apparent that this was done despite the fact I specifically told them to note this for the groomer when we made the appointment. Displeased at the services provided and their lack communication, I contacted the clinic. I was appalled at the lack of professionalism of the service manager. After much discussion, she asked me what I wanted her to do. I mentioned it would have been nice if they at least offered to credit the grooming. It wasnt until this point that she mentions a credit has already been applied. This was never mentioned to my husband when she talked to him while he waited for our dog or to me during the any part of conversation with her. I requested our dogs files be sent to us while I discussed with my husband if we wanted to continue services with the clinic. Needless to say, I was mortified by the records received. At the prior visit, it mentioned that the vet advised us about socialization. If that conversation occurred, it did not happen with me or my husband who were both there that day. Then it states at our most recent visit that behavior concerns were discussed with us again. Never happened. I am truly flabbergasted. We never had these types of issues with our prior vet. If we had an issue, it was handled promptly and professionally. If they were running behind or our dog was having a rough day, we were called immediately. Needless to say, we will not be back.

BBB BUSINESS REVIEW The Parkside Animal clinic is one of the best animal care facilities in Brown County. The pets and owners are cared for in ways that aren’t available in most animal clinics. Everyone that works there uses their knowledge and abilities for the highest level of care for you and your pet. They offer all kinds of care including holistic natural options. They have a Chiropractor on site. They open their business for animal causes Including Green Bay Animal Rescue. On many Saturdays they share their business space with other animal rescue organizations for fund raising purposes by holding all sorts of gatherings. The number one reason I recommend Dr. Amanda Dyal and the rest of the crew there is because of the genuine concern they have shown to me and my pet when Ive needed to take my kids in for illnesses. I have felt listen to when I express my concerns, and they always give me options. I have heard them recommend a less costly option to owners that will achieve the same results or may even be better for their pets over the long run. They’re the best. Tina Geronimi

Dr Cardey and the staff were wonderful today!!! I called the emergency line last night for my pom, Paco, because he and another one of our dogs got into a fight. After talking with the doctor, I told her I would be in Tuesday morning. I called at 7am, and was taken care of right away and she already knew information about me and my Paco. Its nice that the doctor communicated this information over to her staff so they were prepared for my call. This is not a standard practice, but one that should be. Paco was taking care of with compassion and love and was a happy boy when I went back to get him. It was also nice to see how involved Dr. Cardey was with Pacos care :) This was his first visit to Parkside Animal Care Center - and I was impressed!! They TRULY care for your animal and want them to be well. We were treated like a client of 20 years - it was GREAT customer service. I will be back, you have a new client with me and my 4 boys = Paco, Rico, Uno and Jett! Thank you again Dr. Teri Cardey and staff!!!

Great for Breeders! As a breeder I have been treated with great respect at Parkside Animal Care Center. The vets there have been great with taking OFA X-rays, both dogs I have had done there came back as OFA "Good" and Elbows "Normal" They perform progesterone testing and will email you the results the next day even if they are closed. Over all great service I have received! I also had to use them once for an emergency injury and I called 15 minutes before they closed to let them know I was coming, took me 20 minutes to drive there and the staff stayed late to surgically clean and stitch my poor pup back up, she healed perfectly.

Parkside Animal Care was suggested to me by a friend. I took my senior cat for a checkup and was wowed. Both my cat and I were warmly welcomed. The checkup was thorough and the recommendations were clearly explained and time was taken to have my questions answered. Everyone working there is friendly and very compassionate. Each time I return, whether for a checkup or to pick up supplies, there is the same welcoming feeling and questions about my cat. As long as I am in Green Bay I will only go to Parkside and I will highly recommend it to everyone. Oh, and while there, you have to meet Spartacus. He stole my heart.

What a great staff! I started taking my corgi here after adopting a terrier mix through green bay animal rescue, who Parkside does a lot for, and you can see why. They are truly caring. I brought my corgi there and we started her on some meds for a possible infection, but they were worried it may be something worse, like cancer. I was super worried but after Bijou responded to the antibiotics I was relieved. I was impressed that they followed up after this to make sure she was doing ok. You can tell they really care about all the animals they see.

I love Parkside Animal Care Center! I brought my cat Precious there when she was battling breast cancer and they took such amazing care of her. I went there expecting them to tell me I need to put her down or try to run all sorts of unnecessary tests but they didnt. The Dr was terrific with my cat and the Dr was able to give me 6 unexpected months with her and I will always be greatful for that. When the time came for me to make the awful decision they were amazing with that as well. You can truly tell how much they care about animals.

My dogs are my children and they absolutely loved the entire staff and visit. They were more happy and content during their check-ups than they have been at any other vet hospital. If my dogs arent comfortable - Im not either. Ive been with the same vet for years (whom I also love), but the prices got be so high and it was impossible to get in and see him so I decided to take a chance on Parkside after reading the reviews. I have no regrets with my decision. Ive recommended my other friends to look into their services as well.
