I arrived at Quest Aventura 5 min late but I had to stay in line for about 5 min as an old man was very slow with the check in machine. When it was my turn my appointment was changed to walk in because I was 10 min late ! I explained it to the receptionist but she was not helpful or kind at all.

This was the worst quest facility I had ever been to. The young lady at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. I was there one hour before I was seen. I plan to call corporate because apparently someone needs to go out and see how these facilities are being operated.

The woman who took my blood was rough, rude, and very impatient with me. She was a very cold person and seemed like she was rushing through to get the job done because it was right at their closing time (not my fault either because I was on time for my appointment).

We got right in at the time of the appoitment but definitely not recommended for kids even though they advertise as pediatric they used a regular adult size needle on my 4 year old daughter instead of a butterfly or smaller size needle not a good experience

The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. When I complained that people who did not have appointments and came after I did (I had an appointment) were going in before us she treated me poorly and brushed me off.
