I LOVE Dr. Young! She see my entire family including myself, husband and my parents who are senior citizens. She is very responsive, compassionate, professional, and has coordinated the care for all of us regarding specialty care. She found the smallest malignant breast lump during my moms physical. Even the oncologist was impressed that she found it from a manual exam. She then referred my mom to the most wonderful practice of women oncologists, surgeons... they are truly a GOD send, and included me in every aspect of my moms care. Having said this, I agree that Dr. Youngs staff over the years leaves something to be desired. I would say dont throw out the baby with the bath water, because Dr. Young is AWESOME.

I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient. I dont know where the "helpful & accommodating" staff was on this day. The receptionist, Juwana, barely helped me in setting up an appointment, she was very unpleasant to say the least.. She was unpolite and made me feel like I was a bother. The simple questions that I asked her such as hours, first available appt., was responded to with an attitude as if that is not apart of her job...... to answer phones, greet patients and answer questions! Wow.

Dr. Young made me feel like I was the most important person in the world. She was professional & very detailed orientated. She was informative and a delightful person. Dr Karen is my parents physician. I am totally thrilled and confident with her practice. Dr Karen is the most caring and knowledgeable family physician i have ever known. My parents are both over 80yrs -and Dr Karen cares for them as if they were her own and that care is excellent, 100% top notch! The absolute best.

Dr. Young is a good physician. Its her staff which need classess on etiquette I have never been asked to leave a physician office (no explaination) and I though it was very rude and inconsiderate of her staff. No need to worry, I wont be back.

The doctor is very good. Phone service is very poor. Need a more responsive system or something. Never been able to call in without being placed on hold for long periods of time. Usually I have to hang up. Please resolve the phone system.

Dr. Young is very effective and thorough and she listens to your concerns and answers every question. The wait time is always under 20 mins and the staff is courtesy. I would recommend her.
