Dr. Lonstein has been treating me since the early 1980s for all my aches and pains from my neck all the way down to the pain in my legs. Over the years, whenever I would appear at his office for treatment, Herb greets me with "what did you do now?" I am happy to say that Herb has kept me in shape and has never failed to get the "pain" out of my body, whether it was from too much gardening or sitting in one place for too long. It is such a pleasure to know he is only a phone call away to feeling better. I am presently under treatment for sciatica and believe me....I feel so much better after leaving his office. His new equipment really "hits the spot"!!!

Dr. Lonstein and his staff are fabulous. I went in for accupuncture to help me fall asleep as I stopped using sleeping medication Ive been on for 5 years. After the first appointment I halved my dosage and slept 12 hours. After the second I was able to stop taking the medication and sleep with melatonin. Ive been back twice since to make sure my return to restful natural sleep was totally gonna work and it did. Ellenville is lucky to have such a positive and competent acupuncturist and chiropractor so close to home.
