Went to urgent care on Monday 7.3.17 with a sinus infection (green mucous), swollen glands, something wrong with one of my ears and what turned out to be pink eye. The nurse noticed my eye immediately. Saw Dr Kaplan who informed me that it takes 10 days for a sinus infection to develop, never mind that pink eye can be a sign of a sinus infection as is the green mucous. Walked out of there with a sinus infection, pink eye, swollen glands, something wrong with my ear and a scrip for Flonase. How does Flonase cure a sinus infection you ask, it doest. Its actually posted on the Flonase website but who reads. Will never go there again. They need to post a sign on their door stating that if Dr Kaplan is on, dont waste your time or money because he wont give you the antibiotic that you need. Had to go to my Dr to get an antibiotic and drops for my eyes a couple days later. Wound up with pink in both eyes and ringing in my ears. Still havent shaken the sinus. Thank you for nothing

I went in for a wound underneath my right foot and on the notes they wrote left. Staff was nice and friendly. Was assisted in a timely manner. Wasnt able to attend work due to the fact was in pain, still bleeding on the wound it wasnt heeling yet, and mainly I wasnt able to step or drive. I would use limp using my heel, which after a period it becomes hurtful. Wasnt giving a medical shoe for comfort, my daughter went to Walmart and got me one. 3rd day finally started healing, I called and ask for a Dr note to excuse me from work for two days and was denied one, instead instructions given were to keep the leg elevated before and after work.

Have used urgent care a few times, always met with friendly customer service, and knowledgeable staff and providers. So thankful to have this place in our community.
