This clinic came highly recommended to me by both family and friends. I am pleased to say, it did not disappoint. My experience with another dermatology office in town was less than stellar. I was rushed through the appointments and always had to make another appointment for any concern, no matter how small, that was not mentioned when I initially scheduled. Seriously, what doctor who works at a dermatology/allergy clinic says "I havent looked through an otoscope since med school. Youll have to make another appointment to see my partner."??? I just wanted to know if there was fluid in my ear. So, I was hopeful, but guarded when I arrived for my appointment. My reservations quickly proved to be unwarranted. I saw Laura Bauer, PA and she was warm and thorough and informative. She thoroughly examined my skin and made recommendations for routine care. She looked at the areas that were of concern to me and allayed any fears I had and then told me what my treatment options were, including "do nothing", which, in my case, was a valid option. I elected to get treatment. As we were talking, she addressed a concern that I had given up hope on treating after my experience with the other dermatologist. I had no intention of bringing the problem up, but her interest in me and my overall skin and hair condition lent itself to the exchange. So, not only was my reason for visiting addressed, she also gave me a new treatment plan for something I thought was a lost cause. Nobody tried to push any products, treatments or appointments on me. The conversation was easy and the treatments offered were reasonable. Everyone in the office was lovely. It was a great experience.

I didnt wait very long before being called back, I didnt wait very long for the nurse to get the Dr either. Just 100% to everyone that was there! They were all very sweet ladies too! Cant wait to go back (weird because I hate going to see any kind of doctors)

They have a great staff and several locations to help with any dermatology needs. My family and I trust them for screenings and procedures concerning skin issues, and they always take care of us. Give them a call or visit one of their locations.
