Rude! Unprofessional! Ignorant! How do you expect to make money when you insult potential patients. These people dont even have common sense to know be nice to potential patients. I just called these people. The provider asked me to call the office manager regarding verifying my insurance. I called her and informed her l had GEHA. She cut me off and said, never heard of it. Not only is the Government Employees Health Association (GEHA) excellent insurance l have a $25,000 yearly policy limit and l am legal executive (translation: l make hella money). This office manager was so nasty on the phone there is no way I would let these people do any work on me or my mouth that is already inflamed, painful and full of pus. Word to the dental provider: fire that nasty witch, l wanted to use a black dentist and spend my money with other professionals that look like me. But l am not going to be talked down to by the effing help when l can pay to go anywhere. Let me tell you another pearl of wisdom: the reason why the white, Asian, Hispanic dentist make more money than you is because they have quality, professional and competent people working for them. Fire that rude hag; hire some quality office staff. The new staff may cost you more initially but after a month they will pay for themselves just by being nice and getting people to come in the office. Because know that l will get this tooth fixed today by an office who while they may not have heard of my insurance, know enough to call and find out my policy limits and what l do for a living before they are insulting to me on the phone. Oh and by the way, probably the reason you have never heard of my very high-end insurance is because you generally service hoodrats and Medicaid recipients. There are black people who have good insurance and money. It would behoove you and your staff not to insult us if you want to have a thriving business. SO TO THE PUBLIC: STAY AWAY!STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY!

great experience!! Family business. I called them on a Sunday for an emergency extraction of a broken and excruciatingly painful tooth. they got me in very quickly and treated me exceptionally well. the dentist took great care in managing my pain before, during and after the extraction. they were great helping me with special requests for medications as I cannot take certain medications.I am NOT insured for dental care so they even helped me with some generic insurance cards that actually did reduce the cost of the medication. Their price was higher than their normal rate due to it being Sunday, however, I have paid higher prices elsewhere during normal business hours in the past. Overall, I would give my experience a 9.8 out of 10 only because nothing is perfect. I am, however, only about 3 hours removed from the procedure and feeling great. I am already able to eat. My recommendation is DONT pass up on excellent dental care over a minor phone issue.

If I could have given less than one star I would have given zero! I just called the office to find out more about their services and the lady that answers the phone was very unprofessional. She answered the phone as if i called her personal number. She wasnt rude initially, just unprofessional. Afer getting off the phone, I then looked up reviews. Im African American and I try to support black businesses. I called back to let her know about the bad reviews and making her aware that they were related to customer service. I told her I was calling because I want to see black businesses do well. She said black people dont come because they dont have the money and they have plenty of white customers. She refused to give me her name but when I told her I was recording the phone call and would let the dentist know how she was speaking to me, she hung up on me.

who answers a office with a hello? lol i had to ask if this was a dentist office! not very professional. Also while i was talking the lady who was on the phone cut me off.. told her a serious issue with my childs teeth and she said shell be fine. how do you know that if you havent even seen her?? also then at the end of our convo she states they dont see children. ok thats fine but when i first called and said i have a question about my 6year old daughter her response should of been, im sorry but we do not see children here.. instead of telling me she will be fine and then saying they dont see kids.. im glad i called before i went because this place wouldnt have got a penny from me! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Awful experience and all I did was call!! I called about a dental emergency and the lady VERY rudely said "Well.. Why didnt you call earlier? We charge $400 just to see you." Excuse me? This is an Emergency Dental clinic. This is an Emergency.. I read the reviews and it seems I am not the only one that has had such an awful and uncalled for experience. I called back to get her name and informed her I would be reporting her, and she refused to give me her name and she hung up on me. I have never been treated so rudely on the phone. Do not go to this place!!!! Very unprofessional.

When looking at the previous reviews, I was a bit concerned at first. The truth is, this place has the most caring provider I have ever been to! This practice may not operate like the basic M-T 8-4:30 hours that most practices are open for. This practice is here for you when you need them the MOST!! He so flexible to meet the patients needs. Dont let the negative comments keep you from giving this place your business!!

I just called to see if i can be seen today. The woman who answered the phone says "hello, hello" I had to ask if i was calling the right place. Told her what i needed and she tells me that i need to bring 150 and my insurance wont cover it. I have the money but i will not go just because if how rude and unprofessional she was.

I went to this st a week ask I was happy with service. However I had an issue today christmas and called and the doctor wife told me I put a bad review I hadnt even done so just because someone else on here has same last name.. I was very hurt by this I have plans to spend 5000$ with this dentist.

Absolutely loved this place. The Dr and his wife were amazing people! Down to earth, funny as all get out, very kind. I would refer then to anyone who needed dental work. My family and I will for sure use them if we have more dental problems.

Just as the previous review stated, called and got a hello....hello, stated what we needed and was very rudely responded with bring 400 and we dont file insurance. If this is a real dentist they need some real receptionist.
