We have taken our cats to Tatum Point for over 10 years. Dr. Roice is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and experienced. I absolutely trust her advice and am very comfortable and pleased with the care she has given our pets. She always thoroughly explains the treatment options--short-term and long-term. Our cats have had a multitude of health issues over the years and Dr. Roice has always been very kind, caring and genuinely interested in the well-being our pets. Follow-up after procedures and treatment is excellent. Costs and treatment plans are always carefully explained so that there is no misunderstanding. Dr. Snyder, Heather, Jessica, Caitlin, Sandra, and the rest of the staff are extremely professional and exceptional at their jobs. I cant thank these folks enough for all they have done for us over the years.

The people at Tatum Point Animal Hospital were very nice. However, I had brought my dog in, who had swallowed some rawhide; the vets at Tatum Point took xrays, and explained to me that my dog would not survive very long if we did not perform surgery immediately ($5,000.00). I felt very rushed into making my decision, yet I took the chance to get a second opinion from Chaparral Animal Hospital. Chaparral Animal Hospital gave me alternative options that ended up working for my dog ($400). I am very disappointed how few options I was given and how quickly the people at Tatum Point wanted to perform an unnecessary surgery. I would highly recommend a second opinion after your consultation with the vets at Tatum Point, not to mention how costly their services are...

Phoebe had her first appointment today for a check up and will be getting her much needed dental cleaning soon. Ive had a bad experience before at a different vet office with a different pet so I was careful to choose and research where to go. Im glad I chose Tatum Point. I drove a few miles to get there to say the least. Im in the west valley. The drive is not critical for me as long as its the right office and Dr. The office was clean and the staff was friendly. Dr Venable did a great job of explaining what Phoebe needed and why. Im confident my fur-baby will be in good hands with Dr Venable when its time to get her dental cleaning.

Tatum Point Animal Hospital is a caring, compassionate place to bring your loved pet. I lost a cat to a disease that was fatal and my cat had to be put down. The staff at Tatum Point were very caring and compassionate and let me take as long as I needed to be with my dying cat without any pressure. I could have taken hours and they would have allowed it. They even sent me a sympathy card in the mail . I would strongly recommend this Animal Hospital for your loved pet. Sandra J Sears

I have been taking my german shepherd to Tatum Point ever since I got her as a pup. She is almost 8 years old. I cant say enough about Dr. Roice. She truly cares about her patients and takes her time with you. That is very important to me because I have been to other Vets in the past that never made me feel that way. The staff is friendly and wonderful with your pet. I am very happy at Tatum and I would recommend Tatum Point Animal Hospital to anyone with a pet.

The staff were amazing when my pup needed an urgent procedure. Their extended hours are so helpful. The vet, vet tech, and office staff stayed well past closing to perform a procedure on my girl. They were so supportive and have her great care. They gave specific instructions and we called the next morning to see how my girl was doing. I couldnt be happier with the care we received.

The staff here are awesome ! So friendly and really caring. The receptionist makes you feel right at home, she really cares for your pet and you. Which is a plus Dr. Roice is very friendly as well very professional, honest and knowledgeable and knows how to put your mind at ease. Thanks for such gentle loving care it really goes a long way.

We have had a good experience with Tatum Point Hospital....when we needed a basic checkup and when I had to bring my little Yorkie in to get an infection taken care of. Everything was explained and there was a follow up phone call to make sure the doggie was recovering. I would recommend their services to anyone if asked.

From the vets to the staff everyone at Tatum Point Animal Hospital has been great. Dr Dorman and Dr Roice have always been extremely accommodating in emergency situations and have found a way to see our dog on short notice. We were referred from a friend and Tatum Point definitely lives up to all the great reviews!

My dog is 12 years old and never been to the vet before so I knew going into it he would be grump. He growled and tried to bite during the examination but the Vet Tech and Vet handled it extremely well and very professionally. The staff was very nice and very friendly. Definitely recommend this place.

They squeezed me in on a Saturday and genuinely cared about my dog. The gal at the front desk is awesome, she makes you feel like you are part of Tatum Point family. The vet we saw was great and took the time to explain in detail. I would definitely recommend !!

Everyone is very friendly and caring and put both myself and my dog at ease. They never do a procedure without going over the cost first and never pressure you into unnecessary procedures. I will continue to take my dog here for many years to come.

We took our golden here for an ear problem and after more than $500 in test and medication he developed a sever cough. After other golden was infected we found it it was kennel cough! Now our dog our sicker than they were before our minor viisit!!!!

Probably going to find a different vet. I had an appointment and still waited awhile visit took an hour. Mostly waiting, I got things to do, second time they took forever , kinda pricy they want you to run every little test kind of silly

Dr. Royce has been taking care of our critters for over 10 years. She truly cares and goes above and beyond. Her staff are friendly, knowledgable and get to know your pets by name. I cant imagine taking our pets anywhere else.
