We were told what an ideal candidate our dog was for surgery and how the charges were bundled for "everything" surrounding the surgery (around $6,000). When post-surgical complications arose we found out *those* charges werent included and our bill grew quickly. We were told to "just call" if we needed anything after hours, but when we did it turned out to be over $300 just to get a vet to show up (when we were under the impression this was included). Ultimately, our dogs vision ended up worse than it was before surgery. I wish we would not have gone here or had the procedure done. In talking with other patrons in the waiting area, our experience wasnt uncommon. When I voiced dissatisfaction, Dr Urbanz went from treating me very kind to, in my opinion, cold, rude and unprofessional.

Drs. Auten and Urbanz dont just care...they are positively angelic. My dogs condition was serious so I came as a walk in and was seen within a reasonable time...staff was also impressive and a follow up appointment was within a week. You could not do better than this clinic.
