The initial wait: not so bad. Without an appointment I was in and out within 45 min. for some bloodworm. However, waiting on the results was SO frustrating! Needed to get lab work done and have sent back to hometown hospital. After a WEEK of waiting and being told to contact my physician I finally called over there and tried to get a hold of a real human being. After listening to a long prerecorded voicemail you are told you actually cannont speak to a person with someone at this location and to call an 888 number and wait. Turns out the fax with my results was never sent because they did not have an "account" number for me. Long story short: they never needed the account number and never bothered to contact me to get get things figured out.

This is the most unprofessional a place as I have every been to. Signed in gave the receptionist my paper work from my doctor and in the half hour I was waiting they lost my paper work. After another ten minutes with them walking around the whole building looking for it I looked on the receptionist desk and seen my papers were hidden under what looked like a food menu. After I finally got my blood drawn I went home thinking my ordeal was over, no not yet my doctor after a few days called with my results and asked me why I didnt give them a urine sample I said they didnt tell me to. Now I get to do it all over again. Stay away from this place they lack training and common sense.

5 star to Ms. Patty. My daughter is 6 years old and have a unique condition. Since she was 2 years, she must have a blood work every few months. It was heartbreaking to see some lab technicians here and there fishing for her blood vessel under the skin. She was screaming loud in a way put me in tear every time. Now we found this place. There is a nice, gentle, sweet lady named Patty, she draw my daughters blood in a blink without letting her start to stress herself. I drive 12 miles to this place everytime because of that lady. THANK YOU you are the best in the world

This location is extremely understaffed, which resulted in an unpleasant experience. The phlebotomist was also serving as the receptionist, running insurance, checking patients in and answering questions. She did extremely well and was still kind and courteous for being the only staff member there and having a waiting room of at least 15 patients at a time. If you come to this location and make an appointment, expect to spend at least an hour in the waiting room after your appointment time.

Stay away from this location! Not professional. Listened to them talk about a sexy patient for about 3 minutes. The lady taking the paper work was also doing blood. So over an hour, still had not taken my paper work. Since no paper work was being taken, the guy was just standing around waiting for paperwork. The system and staff are completely dysfunctional. They also need to know that their whispering can be heard in the lobby.

They are understaffed but under the circumstances courteous and professional. In a place where most of the people who come for testing are fasting and have missed their morning coffee (i.e.., grumpy) they are tolerant indeed. Even as a walk-in in and out in less then 1.5 hrs. Appointments much faster.

Made an appointment and was taken in right on time even though the waiting room had folks waiting. Excellent. Easy to make appointment on line so thats the way to do it. In and out in 5 minutes. Good attitude with staff. Happy with experience.

Love love love patty. She is amazing with children and with hard to stick veins. It takes most phlembologists 3-4 tries to get blood from me, but she listens and always gets it the first time! Thank you!!

Dont go here if you need an employment drug screen they dont do them and the b at the counter will act like she aint the one to blame because she dont usually work at that location and she cant help.....

Staff is pleasant but results of tests never get to my Dr. The office always has to call and get them. Doesnt matter if the test was done a week before my Dr appointment or 3 weeks.
