We took my dog here to be neutered, and it was a bad experience. They left a two-inch arterial catheter in his arm and they didnt tell us about it. When when I noticed it this morning and called them, the receptionist said "oh yeah, you can just take it out." Because of the way it was wrapped and the fact that Ive never seen one before, taking it out cause my dog a lot of pain. See below picks. Less significant but also worth mentioning is that they lied about the rates on the phone, they put us in a waiting room for 45 minutes with no chair for me or water dish for my dog, and then called me to come back once I had dropped off my dog because they had "forgotten" that larger dogs cost more and they had also forgotten to have me sign a release for the surgery. I would not recommend them to anyone.

lies! Not afordable at all! In fact thier rates are more expensive then anywhere ive ever been! Overcharged for a shot and a pointless waste of my time! And they said it was free for first timers but try to hike up the bill by pointing out things i did not come for! I do not recommend this place at all!

Im so happy we have a new vet in town! I have no complaints about the service, care, or anything else. I think they are really new here and the flow will even out as the they go. It seemed to take a really long time to get through the process, but Im sure it will get better.

Great affordable service and its plain to see that they really do care about the animals. Helped us fill out Care Credit and even took a little off the bill. First exam fee is FREE! Shots are incredibly cheap! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
