I have been seen here the entire duration of my pregnancy (I am 39wks) and have been miserable. You are assigned to a physician but are scheduled with whoever is working that day I dont think Ive ever seen the same person twice let alone my asigned Dr. I tried to change health care providers but was told by many OBGYNS in my area that there was a agreement between practices that they would not take on patients once theyve been seen by HCFW so I have been forced to carry out this pregnancy with them. Early on the ER diagnosed me with sciatica and Sacriolic joint dysfunction and at my follow up with HCFW I was told "youre still young youll heal" I have had no luck "healing!" And now require physical therapy for my misaligned pelvis. Again I am now 39wks and they wont even do a pelvic exam to see if Im dilated even though Ive expressed my concerns in new symptoms. I quote again another Dr. I seen at my last follow up on 4/14/16 "checking you wont predict when the baby will come, if you still feel discomfort go to L&D" I seriously have no idea why they even schedule in office visits with responses like that if I were 4cm Id never know I needed to be near the damn hospital since I live so far and have a history of labor and delivery of 1 hour. The most help theyve offered was teaching me to deliver my own child if I need to because of my delivery history. This place is a joke!

I honestly love health care for women, I generally have only good experiences (minus the wait time, thanks Obama Care). I do agree with another review though, Olga Thorne is awful, and Id suggest you steer clear of her, if youre A generally happy person. I had a miscarriage, and she was the most insensitive person, in regards to me losing my child. I barely knew I was having a miscarriage because she was only scraping inside of me, and literally saying nothing to me. She even left the container filled with, what I now know to have been my baby, right in the room, next to me. Then basically demanded be to go down the street to get an emergency ultra sound. I get that. I know I needed it, but she was so rude and insensitive. I was asking her what was happening, and she wouldnt tell me! After all of it, I was waiting days for a phone call, I never recieved I finally called myself, and they told me Olga was suppose to have called me and explained what happened. So they had her call me, and she again, was very rude and cold to me, telling me it hadnt even been long enough to get the tissue sample results. Instead of being understanding, that I just wanted to know. Then she told me theres was no life In my ultra sound, gee thanks. And that was that. Besides her, I love all the women there, including the nurses, theyre all so friendly and kind. Hope this helps someone.

*The waiting room always smells like bad body odor, but its really pretty and has comfy chairs. *It doesnt matter how early you arrive for your appointment, you will sit in a room for 45 minutes waiting to see a doctor, youre not allowed to use your phone, so youre bored, and the chairs back there are very uncomfortable. But the rooms all have fun and different themes, so thats kind of cool. *I dont even know who my OB is because Ive seen a different doctor almost every time and I dont know why. They rush you through and dont really give you a chance to ask questions. They are in and out within about 3 minutes. *All of the OBs are very nice except for one. Olga. I told her I was having pain in my nether regions, so without a word, she yanked down the front of my pants and underwear and pushed her finger down the middle of my pubic bone and did not apologize when it caused me to yelp in pain and squirm. "Its SPD." Is all she says, then leaves. I had to go home and google SPD because I never even heard of it. She didnt bother to even tell me what it stood for or what I could do to relieve the pain. I am so worried that she will be the doctor on call when I go into labor :(

I would not recommend this place to anyone, I advise anyone thinking about receiving care from here to please go else where. There are honestly very few employees here who really care about the patients, and those who do really care about the patients and not just the money are treated poorly and unfairly and most often let go. The office manager is out for one thing and thats money she is ignorant and has very little to no knowledge of what she is doing, how she even got the position of office manager is highly questionable. She is disrespectful and rude to most employees and has no management skills what so ever. The billing department is incompetent and over/under charges people left and right this place will rip you off. The billing supervisor has no management skills as well and claims to have no time to assist patients but has ALL the time in the world to take personal calls during business hours. There are no set office policies in place and everything is pretty much a free for all, as a patient none of the information you receive here will be consistent everything will be contradicting. Hope this review will help safe people time and money, Good Luck.

40 weeks and 3 days, pass due: Well Monday morning around 3am, I kinda leak fuild & mucus. I start have contractions off and on they werent so serious cause they were more like fake contraction. Around 11am my contraction became real and stronger every 10-15mins. I have my check up at 11:30am on hopstial dr. I call the office to see what my dr will suggest. She say she want me to come in always. I did. As I sit there waiting for the doctor i run into tears, because of the contraction. When she come in she measure my belly and I told her about my problem. And asked her if she could check me. But she deny, she say "its NOT necessary," and for me to go back home. My husband and I were piss...we kinda when back home for a hour and decided to go to sutter @1:30. The Nurse there check me and I was already dilated to 7-8. Sutter nurse were surprised that I even when to my check up and they didnt even check me and told me to go home, because I would of have my baby at home. Stayed at sutter memorial for a hour there and have my baby @ 330....Some how Health Care for Women have become dumb!!!

This facility has extremely poor communication with patients. Which would then leave you to wonder if the qualifications of the medical employees is what it should be. The office staff could use a lot of help in learning how to effectively communicate with patients and give call backs in a timely manner to questions patients have along with knowing how to properly file insurance claims. 2 weeks and no call back is unacceptable. As a insured/cash paying patient, I have many choices through my insurance company. Taking advantage of patients is a disgrace to your establishment. Coercing a young female into multiple tests without proper information on coverage through insurance shows laziness and unprofessionalism. Leaving a 19yr old college student with a bill of $650 for unnecessary testing is a poor diagnosis for something so simple. THEN almost 2 weeks for results, leaving a patient in discomfort is negligence. I and my daughters will not be back to this facility. I caution others to do the same.
