With what we all periodically hear, from time to time, about our VA Programs, and with the hiring freezes and likely understaffed or overworked employees, we were quite shocked at the SUPERLATIVE medical treatment we recently received here at this VA HealthCare Clinic!!! We have been twice now. His first, preliminary appointment was with the Intake Doctor back in January and then he had a follow/up with his Primary Care this past week. His medical treatment team there appears to be fantastic! Great attitudes, super compassionate, knowledgeable and friendly! Dr Nguyen seems to be awesome, meticulously wading thru my husbands complicated medical history, (these past 63 years). She seemed very thorough, and explained her complete plans, going forward with him. They will treat just about every issue needing it, of course, but there are some issues that he will need to continue receiving his treatment for, on his own, with one of his current civilian physicians, for various reasons! WE ARE AMAZINGLY IMPRESSED! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VA CLINIC ! Everyone from the cleaning staff, security personnel, front desk reception, are all so very helpful and courteous! They always walk you to whatever info you are needing. They are just as wonderful over the phone! The primary care medical team assigned to our family are absolutely phenomenal! Sorry ive forgotten their names, but you know who you are! ; ) A great testimony to the supervisors and management team here, as well! Thanks guys! Mucho Kudos!!!

Be very careful disclosing your personal information to these social workers. As a matter of fact, dont. Since dealing with two, Ive had nothing but frivolous things show up on my credit report. On top of that, I got completely no help from them. The rabbit hole goes deeper. Stay tuned.
