I have been a customer of Dr. Towles for a few years now, and have been an animal owner for my entire life. I have been through many vets but have never been treated with the quality care for my animals that Dr. Towles and her staff provide. Dr. Towles and her staff have always, consistently, bent over backwards to accommodate my four legged family. One November I visited her office for the first time with my cat, who had fallen ill. I barely had any income at the time, and Dr. Towles charged me as little as possible for doing a lot. She gave me professional advice, and also, emotional support when she informed me that my cat would not live much longer, her kidneys were failing. Two months later, I awoke to what I knew was near the end. This was around 5 in the morning, and Dr. Towles staff was able to help me put her out of pain right away. I have never heard of a vet or a staff that would go out of their way to help in such a big way. I am forever thankful for that. Last year, my yorkie fell through steps leading down our deck and broke her femur. Once again, Dr. Towles and her staff were able to help me with her right away, and continue to today. You really cant beat the quality of service, and character of this place. Honestly, I cant say enough about how wonderful All Pets is. I would never trust my animals with anyone else. Sure its not some big fancy state of the art office, but who cares?! These are genuine people that care WAY more about your animals than your wallet. Can you say that about your vet? Didnt think so. If you want a quality vet with a soul then go see Dr. Towles. Otherwise, enjoy paying an extra 50% for a "fancy" state of the art facility with far less heart. By the way, I highly recommend their grooming too!

This has got to be the worst vet I have EVER seen. We purchased the puppy plan for $200+ for our new puppy. He has had an itch that took her 2 months, (regardless of us telling her) to diagnose. She kept saying it was allergies and told us to give him benadryl. She FINALLY tested a place where he scratched off his fur and found the problem....next visit I called before my husband took him in and specifically asked them to cut his nails, he literally has destroyed our carpet with his razor sharp claws and all of us have bloody marks on our arms from his playfully scratching us...hubby brings him home AND THE NAILS WERE NOT CUT! Called back up there and was told that the vet looked at them and said they couldnt be cut without bleeding...THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE, anybody can look at them and see, besides being razor sharp they are so long they are picking the carpet in the house...NEVER, have I seen this before...my whole family has dogs, and never have I seen the claws pick the carpet before, and I dont mean a pick or two, I mean the whole carpet is covered with picks from his claws. I am so mad at them for ignoring what they were told about the dog both times and continuing to blow it off as if it werent important....I felt everybody should know and BEWARE of this vet..you can ask her a question and shell talk to you without EVER answering the question or satisfying your concerns....MAD IN DALLAS!

I have been using Dr. T for 19 years. She is a amazing vet who truly cares about animals. Domestic or wild. I have a male neutered cat who kept getting crystals in his urine. She would cather him and keep him a few days. I would bring him home but would have to take him back the very next day. This happened a couple of times. He was in such pain and I couldnt afford to keep doing this so I told her I just wanted his pain to end. She refused and ask me to sign him over to her. After approximately 3 months her office called and said that Dr. T worked with another vet and they did surgery on him. Removing his male anatomy turning him into a female so he would never have this problem again. She ask I pay a portion of the surgery if I wanted him back. I did and he is a healthy happy boy. He is the sweetist cat and happy to be back home with his sister. I have other stories of how she has saved my other pets lives and how she was so kind and considerate when I had to put my little dog down but I think you get the idea how amazing she is. I strongly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Towles has been my favorite vet for almost 5 years. I do not take our labrador retrievers to anyone else. We took one to an emergency after hours clinic once that advised immediate emergency surgery. Something about it didnt seem right, so we waited and took her to Dr. Towles the next day, who then provided the correct and simple diagnosis and confirmed our instinct that the clinic had it wrong. She prevented a painful, costly, unnecessary surgery. She also obviously truly cares about the animals. As for anyone here who has expressed some complaint about Dr. Towles bedside manner, perhaps you should get over yourself. Do you want a doctor who will flatter you and treat you like royalty, as Your Highness so richly deserves, or do you want someone who is going to provide the best care for your pet? Dr. Towles is sort of like the Dr. Gregory House of vets. If she seems to like your pet better than she likes you, theres probably a good reason for that.

We have been going here for the past 8 years with our Dog, Murray. We use them for any problems, boarding, grooming, and shots....Last week he was lethargic, in pain, and not doing well. We took him up to see the WONDERFUL Dr. Towles. Come to find out, Murray had lung cancer and the cancer made its way to his brain and stomach. We decided to put him down as he would not have lasted another 48 hours. Dr. Towles and her staff were so amazing during this time, as they loved Murray as much as we did and I know it broke her heart to have to put him down. She tried everything she could to save him. Even staying with him way past business hours. She offers her professional services, wisdom, and knowledge when caring for pets. She cried along with us and hugged us when we had to put him down. The world could use more Vets like Dr. Towles.

This is the vet that my parents have been going to since they opened. During high school I took a weekend/after school job working with Dr. Towles and I now take my own animals to her. She may seem a bit rough around the edges(which I love) but she is truly passionate about what she does. She takes in strays and cares for them the same way she cares for your animals, she will work with you as much as she can, and take in your animal if you cant care for them. I got my first dog from her through my job, I thought he was just being boarded because of how well cared for he was, and I could not ask for a better dog. If she is rude to you, it is probably because you deserve it. She can tell if you take care of your animals and if you dont, she most likely wont like you.
