I just want to note to you as a Receptionist myself for a company that charters sometimes you have no choice but to cut people off....maybe she could have done it in a more tactful way agreed. However it is very clear that phones are a priority. When you have more than 1 line ringing in all at one time and have some long-winded person on the phone telling you their entire life history sometimes you have no choice but to interupt them so that you can get to the point of where they need to go or the type of information they need. Otherwise the other people calling in would post on here that they never answer their phones up there. As a receptionist you cant win for losing now can you? That is the stupidiest reason I have ever heard because your feelings got hurt over someone trying to give you information so that you dont waste anymore of your time.....she could have at least apologized for interuppting and then explained they were not accepting new patients but if she was trying to rush to the other callers calling in she may have momentarily forgot to be as professional as possible. Just so that you know as well as a "business" rule you are supposed to pick up the call by the THIRD ring. That is difficult to accomplish sometimes when you have a lengthy call. Oh and just so you know I do not take my pets at this location either so I cannot offer any personal advice from my experiences there. I take mine to East Paulding Animal so my experience is based upon that location, but I thought for your review based upon another "Receptionist" point of view to a clueless person might clear up someone elses decision not to use them based upon your review. She isnt there to "listen" to your entire pets life history, problems, etc. she is there to "DIRECT" your call which means sending you to someone who doesnt have the task of directing other callers and dedicating their attention to you OR the Receptionist herself can give you direct information in a short and sweet manner. So many times when I answer the phone and I answer Good Afternoon How may I DIRECT your call? Then people basically throw up all over me meanwhile I have other callers calling in all I can think is did they not hear me ask how may I DIRECT your call?

We brought our dog in to get euthanized and have been in the veterinary field for many years and the way we were treated was completely ridiculous and a poor excuse for customer service. We had to wait in the waiting room to be seen for several minutes, we were brought into a room with no chairs and no blanket or anything set up for our dog to lay on. During the euthanasia they left the door wide open while my boyfriend and I are crying our eyes out because or dog is getting out down. They didnt offer to do a paw print and left with a terrible experience in such a sensitive time. This place is absolutely awful. **UPDATE** We just received back our paw print that cost $50 and a sympathy card that had nothing written inside of it except signatures. Dr. Just did not even write Im sorry for your loss or anything. This place is such a joke. We were told that they do paw prints but only for smaller dogs free of charge.... OH AND GOOD LUCK TRYING TO ACTUALLY GETTING THRU TO THIS PLACE BECAUSE I GUESS THEY DO NOT BELIEVE IN CALL WAITING

Dr Judy is absolutley wonderful!!! I LOVE this animal clinic have always took my cats there always done a great job! I got a toy pomeranian a year ago & last week was ill she wouldnt eat or drink for 3 days took her to the vet Dr. Judy did blood work she had a very bad bacterial infection, did xrays found fluid on the stomach he went in to explore finding a perforated ulcer!! He took awesome care of her after surgery getting her back to eating!! He called me everday to update me on how she was doing & now she is back in my arms!! THANK U SOOO MUCH DR. JUDY!! & when i went to pay i was expecting a whole lot more than i actualy paid great price especially for all the care he did for my baby!! would recommend him to anyone i know!!

My dog is having bleeding in her ear. Being low on money, my mom in ca said she would pay with her card over the phone. I called and they told me they wouldnt do that. I had my mom send the money via PayPal but will take 3-4 days for deposit into my bank account. In the meanwhile my dog gets worse and the vet wont help. The lady on the phone was not friendly at all and completely unwilling to discuss and figure out a solution to get my dog in right away. Its sad because I like the vet but when it becomes not about the animals Im going to find another clinic.

I love this office, my mother and grandfather has been using this vet before i was born. ( im 21 ) dr. Judy and his son takes wonderful care of our fur children. All these bad reviews make me sick, if you dont have money to take your dog to the vet, i suggest to not getting one. If you cant understand why their not taking new clients its cause they carefuly have to manage a buisness instead of cramming more patients than they can manage. I love this place and I dont see myself going to anywhere different anytime soon.

i came to this place to bring in my dog and they did not even tell me exactly what was wrong. they were saying it could be this and that and kept going on and on. never will i come here again. the people who i talked on the phone with were rude and kept intterupting me the whole time. i care for my animals and i will never bring them there again. when i first went to this place i thought by reading the good reviews that they were nice and freindly. BEWARE this place is unfreindly and is not kind to your animals.

Both Drs. Larry and Warren Judy are very professional, compassionate, and reasonable veterinarians. They know when a procedure or test needs to be performed but do not attempt to do unnecessary procedures or diagnostics. I have been taking my pets here for over 10 years and have been very satisfied with the service. Their prices are excellent, too. I have even moved to north GA but continue to drive over an hour away to take my pets here.

First off who ever is answering the phones at this place should be FIRED!!! I was on hold for 10 minutes when the lady came back on and asked "can i help you?" I asked if they need an appointment for shots and she said yes. I asked to make one and she said they are not accepting new patients... WHAT KIND OF VETS OFF DOESNT ACCEPT NEW PATIENTS!!! The lady on the phone was rude and nasty. I would never bring my animals there... EVER

We have been clients for nearly 14 years and sadly today because of the receptionist, Christine, our relationship has ended. Its a Shame this gal is causing them to lose business. We love Dr.Judy, but cannot tolerate the rudeness of the one who answers the phone. They took great care of our pup when he fell sick, but if you cant get past the receptionist for our other animal in need of care, then we well go elsewhere. Very sad.
