My family and I have been going to Etowah since we moved to GA in the mid 80s. The hospital staff has changed over the years, but the service has not! The staff is always ready to greet you with a smile the moment you walk in the door and I cant remember the last time I had to wait past my appointment time to see a doctor. If only human doctors did the same. Dr. Cheng and Dr. Baker are both wonderful people and you dont need to worry which one is on staff the day you visit. They are both very thorough, more than willing to answer questions and treat your dog/cat like their own. Finally, as I understand that price of services can be important, I dont feel like Etowah has ever once asked me to pay for a service I did not need. They are up front and will let you know if it is a necessary procedure or if it can wait. Stop what you are doing. Write down the phone number and address. Close your internet browser and relax. Youve found your vet.

What can I say, Dr. Cheng is the Best Doctor I have ever dealt with. She is kind and caring, explains everything where you can understand whats being done and an excellent surgeon. I have been seeing her for well over 14 years and have not had one bad experience. Dr. Baker is an excellent Doctor and I trust her just as much, we saw Dr. Baker when we first came to the practice and then our dog needed surgery for a torn ligament and we were referred to Dr. Cheng. If that hadnt happened, we would have kept seeing Dr. Baker as we had 100% confidence in her and loved the way she was with our dog and cat. These are excellent and caring individuals, and I recommend them to everyone I get the chance to. The staff is always kind and welcoming, even when under busy days and pressure. I trust boarding my animals at this Vet Hospital more than I trust my own family keeping them. Much love and appreciation for all you guys do!

Etowah Vet Hospital has been caring for my 2 dogs for 8 years now. Never once have I been there that I wasnt absolutely positive that they truly cared for my pets and my concerns for them. Patients with every question with each employee not just the receptionist but the entire staff takes the time to answer any and all questions I may have. Im finding this even more valuable as my pet ages. Its important for me to know each and all options I have for treatment for my aging Boxer. The fact that they consider holistic options as well as traditional medicines is very important to me. So kudos to these dedicated people for making my concerns a little easier and more understandable as my pets and I grow older together. Etowah Veterinary has taken care of our dogs (poodle, German Shepherd, and mixed breed) for twenty years. My dogs are my babies and I expect the best in care for them. I would not dream of taking them anywhere else! Dr. Cheng is so caring and thorough with her exams. She answers all of my questions which cannot be easy: I am a bit neurotic when it comes to my dogs and their health. Thank goodness that Dr. Cheng is also very good with pet moms, too! My dogs and I also love the staff from Mandy and Holly up front to Kathy, Michelle and Chad in the rooms. We have recommended Etowah Veterinary Hospital to many friends and their furry families and will continue to do so. Thank you, Etowah Veterinary Hospital, for all of your love and care!

When my lab, Dude, was dealing with cancer and hip dysplasia, he could not walk on his own. We had to go out of town and felt Dude needed to be boarded with a vet in case something happened. The staff here paid so much attention to him. They spent so much time in his kennel with him so he wouldnt be alone and they treated him so kindly to his very last moment. Dude did not survive but everyone here made his last days with us much easier. Dr. Cheng has been so caring to Dude and I could not have asked for more from all of the vet techs. Now we come here for our Yorkie and new Chihuahua puppy and know we will always be taken care of. Thank you EVH.

Weve been taking our pets to Dr. Cheng since 1986. She saved our cat Oreo, who escaped, got hit by a car, and we found with his entrails tangled in the shrubs out front and our dog Princess who got bitten by a snake. The staff there is very friendly and when we go there or see Dr. Cheng out and about (e.g. grocery store), its like a family reunion. They have reasonable prices, top notch service and friendly folks. I drive by 3 other Towne Lake area vets to get to them and they are conveniently located about 15 minutes south of Town Lake Parkway on Canton Highway (Highway 5). I cant say enough about how great they are.

We LOVE Etowah Veterinary Hospital. My little guy has been going since he was 10 weks old (over 3 years ago), the care we receive is unmatched. Having a small (6 lbs.) hybrid breed he comes with special concerns and being so tiny its just scary when somethings wrong. Dr. Cheng and team are always there knowing what to do and how to make both pup and mom feel better. They are so accommodating of schedules and will always get you in in an emergency. There well recommendations are solid and not over the top like some. Well never go anywhere else.

We have been clients of Etowah Veterinary Hospital since we moved to the area almost 22 years ago. Dr. Cheng is a wonderful veterinarian who has taken amazing care of our cats, including an ACL repair. Mandy always makes us feel very welcomed when we come for visits and is very careful to make sure we understand all discharge orders before we leave. I couldnt give Etowah Veterinary Hospital a higher recommendation than to say that we trust them completely with the fuzzy members of our family.

We had an emergency with my Mother-in-laws dog over the weekend. We called Etowah Veterinary Hospital and received an appointment immediately. The staff was very friendly and the dog was taken care of with great care. Two days later the Hospital called to see how the dog was doing and if we had additional questions. We were thankful that they treated my Mother-in-laws dog as if it had always been a patient of theirs .I would give them a 5+ on service and help in treating the dog.

We love the staff at Etowah Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Cheng and her staff has provided care to my pets for years. They make my dogs feel very confortable, they are always giving doggie kisses to everyone. My Scrappy just recently had to have laser surgery on his eye and they made sure to call the next day to check on him and to make sure that I didnt have any questions. They have always been very helpful anytime that I have ever had a question or concern.
