I have never experienced a group of unprofessional people before in my life. Dr Terril is pretty good, but the staff is ghetto. Not to mention even if you have a balance of $50 they will not see you regardless of how much pain you are in. They are more concerned about there money then your health. I had infection in my gums and they would not treat me unless I gave them $200.00. I understand the business, but I didnt have a prior balance with them. I told them i could pay them friday ( 4 days later) and they said have a good day there was nothng they could or would do for me unless i paid them $200 dollars, oh did i mention the brought me the invoice while i was in the chair already numb. When I tried to explain to the office manager about paying friday i didnt have it at that time and i was in pain the staff ( front desk young girls started laughing) Oh did i mention i went for a root canal in Dec, they didnt do it correct, so I had to go back 3 times for them to final do it right. HORRIBLE.

Dr Dexter is my primary dentist and I couldnt ask for more.He treats people in a professional and respective way and so is the whole team.Lake Arbor is worth your time and money and I ask other people to give it a try and see for yourself .The place is very inviting,clean and comfortable you hardly even notice your done.Professional is what drive the team and I am greatful to have them in my community.

That is strange because Dr. Terrell is such a great person, she volunteers to treat women from shelters free of charge, and they have worked payment plans with me many times not to mention the service is GREAT
