I absolutely love this place! I had been looking for a vet that I feel comfortable with and can trust, and I finally hit the jackpot! I had seen other vets in the past (at different facilities) and just never felt a connection with them- so sadly I was jumping from vet office to vet office; looking for a perfect match. My search is over!!! I got referred to Anderson Lake by a friend and I am so thankful she told me about them. When I first called Anderson Lake they are very kind on the phone and when I got there they were just as awesome in person! At the end of the appointment they even walked me to my car and opened the car door for me so I could put the cat carrier in the car easier. The doctors here are very honest and caring. They listen to all my concerns and offer different options for treatment- never being pushy or forceful about anything we discuss. I just really feel they care about my cat’s wellbeing. I was in to see them in November for a cyst my cat had, now fast forward to February and we have another cyst. I called the office wanting to chat with a doctor to see what I should do. The receptionist told me she would have the doctor call me back. The doctor called me back within 2 hours and chatted with me for about ten minutes. I call that excellent customer service! She knows how concerned I am about my furry baby. We talked and I am actually going in today. Not only are great with animals but great with people too. I get very emotional going to the vet; I just get so concerned about my fur baby! I have shed a tear there and was rather embarrassed, they were very kind and understanding. Oh I almost forgot- the prices here are great too, much lower than an office visit in Bloomington. Bonus: They even gave my long haired cat a ‘sanitary’ hair cut free of charge. Thank you!

I wish I could give Anderson Lakes more than 5 stars!! We have been going to them for over 14 years. They have been so patient, understanding and proactive in their approach to all 3 of our dogs. Our 1st rescue (Maggie) came with a host of issues that they helped us work through (from intestinal to dog aggressive - when she tried to eat the wiener dog puppy in training class). They were by our side for 12 years until her last days. When they diagnosed her with an aggressive form of cancer they were as heartbroken as we were, to the extend that when we had to leave for a previously scheduled vacation, our vet (Ginger) provided her personal cell phone as the main contact for the kennel. Their love for their 4 legged clients is beyond approach. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. Every animal deserves a team like this behind them!

My pets and I love Anderson Lakes Animal Hospital. The veterinarians are top notch, and all the staff are dedicated and caring. Ive tried several veterinary clinics over the last 20 years, and Anderson Lakes is the first that doesnt stress my furkids - they actually like being there. Maybe it has something to do with Dr. Ziemans gentle manner and copious amounts of treats and peanut butter. The vets never push expensive procedures pets dont really need and, instead, usually offer several options for tests and treatment. But they also know when its time to take more aggressive action, including referring complicated cases to specialists. Ive recommended Anderson Lakes to my friends and family and will continue to do so.

We have been taking our dog to Anderson Lakes since we moved to Eden Prairie in 2011. We originally chose ALAH for the proximity to our home, and Im so glad we did. The vets and vet techs take such good care of our dog and their caring, warm personalities are appreciated. They are responsive to concerns and needs and I feel charge a fair price for the services they provide. Our dog has been in for illness, regular checkups, and teeth cleaning, and I always feel taken care of (I think my dog would agree!) Their office is clean, welcoming, and the hours are just right. I am happy to support such a great local business and would recommend ALAH to anyone.

I tried two other Eden Prairie veterinary clinics before landing at Anderson Lakes. The staff and doctors here are wonderful with both animals and people. They proactively check up to see how things are going with new meds or health issues and are always available to discuss concerns. Its a happy, welcoming place that doesnt feel clinical. My dogs actually get excited for their visits to see "Dr. Ginger" and the fun, friendly vet techs!

I am more than pleased with my experience today at Anderson Lakes Animal Hospital. They were able to book me in last minute for my dog who has not been feeling well. The staff was absolutely wonderful. I have never had a better experience at a veterinary hospital. Thank you so much for helping my girl feel better today! Dr. Z and Dr. B have always taken great care of our cats and dog. Our cat needed dental work and Dr. Z kept us informed throughout the procedure via phone calls and gave us options for how to proceed. They also have dog and cat health plan packages available which make it easier to budget our pet care costs.
