If I could give zero stars I would. The doc was nice, he listened and was good. The lady that greeted. Was nice. But it took them nearly an hour to get us to the room, and that was after the appointment had been set on the phone way before we even arrived. During this time, they took two other kids back both around my Childs age. Both walkins. The excuse was they wanted a specific room for her. Which makes zero sense with the other two kids being nearly the same age range. Then the doc tells me all about that Im going to receive two prescriptions. Explains the stuff to my younger sister and I. Then when we get back to Lehi, just in time to pick up before closing (this was an evening visit) I find out there is only one perscription. Im freaking out. Trying to get ahold of the office, the phone is saying they are closed, 10 full minutes before they actually are to be closed. Finally get ahold of someone, with my poor Walgreens pharmisist waiting for me so my child can get the medicine she NEEDS Takes them 20 minutes to get back to me as I am on HOLD and let me know that the second perscription wasnt going to happen as the steroid was given in the office. No one. I repeat, no one, had informed me that she was only getting that one dose. So there I am 20 minutes after Walgreens in Lehi closed. Sobbing because Im terrified as my daughter needs this stuff, finding out that "oh yeah, oops, that one dose was all she needed, we dont know why the doc explained it like it was being sent in to Walgreens." Im furious. Absolutely furious. That is so, so so very unprofessional. I will never. Ever, take my little girl back to them. Ever.

I wasnt too impressed with this place. I am new in town and came from a great pediatrician. Having had the best, I looked for the best reviewed places near me. After taking my child to this pediatrician, I was very surprised it had received such and overall high rating. My entire visit took over an hour. I expected it to be a little longer than normal considering I had all the new info to put in, but Dr. Zollo took at least 20 minutes to come in after the skidish nurse- mentioned in one of the other comments- left us. (She had also taken about 10 minutes to show up). The doctor was knowledgeable and took time to listen to and answer my questions, however he seemed like one of those know it all doctors who couldnt wait to share his "wisdom". We then had to wait about 10 more minutes for our nurse to come back in and give the shots. She rushed in, poked my child and rushed out. One bandaid fell off, one was put on the wrong way, and she didnt even put a bandaid where the third puncture had been... wow. To top it all off the room was freezing cold. Babies need to be dressed down for practically the whole process and so the room they are in really should be a comfortable temperature. I was fully dressed and was still freezing my butt off. I can only imagine how my daughter felt. The one thing I did like were the toys in the rooms. They at least kept my two children occupied for most of the incredibly long wait. I wont be going back to this place. In this large of an area, I have no doubt that I can find somewhere better.

I absolutely love this office! I always have a positive experience whether its an infection or a broken bone or a well child check-up that we are there for. In finding good doctors my main concerns as a parent are that the staff is knowledgeable, that they listen and can address my concerns as a parent, that they have good bedside manner/are great with kids, and that they work efficiently with my insurance at billing. By far they meet all those criteria. I have been to multiple pediatricians in the valley and both Dr. Fuller and Dr. Zollo are superior to any other office I have found, not to mention how good they are at making my kids feel comfortable at every visit (my kids favorite is the balloon animals they give and the fun themed rooms). I would highly recommend this office to anyone!

We moved into the area last year and have really enjoyed Pediatric Care. They see you the same day for appointments. They offer quick service. They do well and sick visits. The staff speaks spanish which is helpful for some families in the area. I like the atmosphere of the clinic. The rooms are decorated with different themes: Disney Cars, automobiles, and Disney Nemo. The waiting room has disney movies playing and reading materials about parenting. The staff is fun and friendly. They also share the same call group with Utah Valley Pediatrics and there is a pediatric office open Monday through Sunday until 10 pm at night. This is a lot faster than the ER. The parking is great! No stairs, no elevators, just easy access. This helps if you have to carry a car seat into the clinic.

I did not like how the waiting room is for sick children and healthy children. That means your newborn baby is in a room full of floating germs and coughing children. I also did not appreciate the lack of communication with everyone there. No one tells you whats going on, they walk out of the room expecting you to know if youre done or if the doctor is coming. I felt Dr. Fuller had no bedside manner. He barley acknowledged us, he stared at his computer the whole time. The nurse took my babies blood slapped a bandaide on and ran out of the room. I had to stay in there and hold pressure for a while because she was bleeding everywhere. I treat dogs and owners better at the clinic I work at!

My daughters doctor is Dr. Fuller. Hes amazing and takes the time to answer all of our questions. Its nice that he has his own young children so he understands when a parent is concerned about something. He never rushed out the door and likes to get to know his patients and their parents. The office is great too! I think the most Ive had to wait in the waiting room is 5 minutes, and thats because I was really early. It was also easy to get a same day appointment when my daughter has been sick. Great office staff! I highly recommend this doctor and office!

Pediatric Care has been great! We have never had to wait for a long time. They always get us in quickly. They have been really great about squeezing us in for emergency appointments when my baby has been sick too! The doctors and nurse are kind, and very helpful. They always answer our questions thoroughly and make us feel very comfortable here. So why a 4? They give good advice, but often you have to ask for it. I would prefer more unsolicited advice about general things, being a first-time parent.

Dr Fuller is a fantastic doctor. He truly cares about his patients and does whatever is needed to make them feel comfortable. I love that he calls and checks up on my children to make sure their conditions have improved. I have full confidence in his abilities and appreciate his calm demeanor. My son recently had to get staples and was nervous about getting them out. Dr Fuller and his staff answered all of his questions and put his mind at ease. Thank you Dr Fuller!
