April 2016 - If I could give a ZERO star I would. They made a front tooth stand out like a sore thumb and refused to guarantee their work. They would not cover the $90 co-pay in order to keep a patient. May 2016 - This company should be named Will-scam-it. I had a tooth crack, the front tooth mentioned above, in February. Since I already had a partial plate they added the tooth to it. The new tooth was attached to the bottom of the plate instead of the top where there is at least a quarter of an inch open space. It is a different shape, different color, different size than my other teeth. It stands away from the gums, it looks like there is a huge black piece of food stuck next to it. Everything is wrong with it. I called to let them know it wasnt right the next day. At the next appointment the dentist said it was my fault that it was done incorrectly. Now, almost 4 months later, after talking with several people all the way up to the corporate office, they still will not waive the $90 co-pay because too much time passed. What??? I dont trust anyone at Will-scam-it Dental. They do shoddy work then wont cover it. Hmm, maybe because they can drag out a decision for months, continue to receive the insurance premium then you have to pay multiple times because they cant, or maybe wont, do it right. DO NOT GO TO ANY Willamette OFFICE! They cannot be trusted to do quality work, they lie, they are only interested in your money, not your dental health. There are good dentists in Western Washington but they dont work here!

My husband was seen by Angela Chavez at this location in November of last year. He had been instructed by a dentist at the Tumwater Willamette Dental office to see the oral surgeon regarding the removal of a broken molar. Apparently, the roots were still very strong and the dentist there felt it was unsafe to continue the removal process without surgery. My husband arrived at the Olympia office and was seen by Angela Chavez (not to my knowledge qualified as an oral surgeon). She proceeded to remove the molar, leaving a massive gaping wound in his gum, and sent him home with some gauze and a prescription for pain meds that did not even begin to touch the pain. Weeks later he was still in incredible amounts of agony and had removed several large bone chips from the wound as it was not healing. It took a very long time for the site to begin to heal and the pain to recede. Yesterday, (6 months post removal), he removed another bone chip from the area and today yet another. If you have any choice whatsoever DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC! And above all, avoid being seen by Angela Chavez. She had zero regard for the pain she caused him. She wont have any for yours either! I gave this a 1 star because I wasnt allowed to leave a negative number!

I have been with Willamette Dental for 2 years now. I have had zero bad experience with Dr Chavez. My husband was seen last year this time with extreme tooth pain and ended up with root canal and crown. He has been VERY happy with it and has a lot of positive stuff to say about them

This whole Company needs to be replaced with a Dental Service that cares. It does not take care of its patients. All their ads are garbage. If you want great Dental Care, stay away from Willamette Dental Group!!
