This doctor is stuck-up and not compassionate like a doctor should be. I wasnt able to make it to my appointment because my job for the day went longer than it was supposed to, and she didnt allow me to make another appointment for the next day, even though she had an open slot, just because I missed ONE appointment. How petty? They have a "one strike and youre out" policy that doesnt allow you to ever make an appointment with her again if you miss one appointment. Listen, its not like I missed the appointment because I didnt feel like going. I tried to get there on time and I just couldnt. But I did have an emergency and really needed to see the doctor and she could have seen me the next day and chose not to. Unlike doctors, we regular people dont have the luxury to take days off from work to go see them, so we try to fit the appointments in our schedule however we can. Doctors should understand that sometimes were going to miss an appointment, it happens. If I was a no-show several times I would understand them banning me from ever making an appointment again. But I missed ONE appointment. How unforgiving and inflexible. I get their time is valuable, but they could be a little more flexible than that.
