They never answer the phone. Ever. It pisses me off too. Cause they say call during business hours if you have an emergency with your pregnancy and then they never answer. Whats the point. They need better people at the front. The women there are judgemental and rude. They dont know how to smile. Only the back nurses are actually nice. If I could separately star everyone it would be better.. but I. Giving one star to the people who are in the front taking calls and names.

Despite the other posters, i had a great experience. The NP prescribed me meds that got my hypertension down and everybody was nice, My only problem was that i called today and they said to call tomorrow. I would recommend them to anybody, ( no idea about the baby stuff, but medical stuff they were great) oh another ( i called today for another reason, i think i have influenza or phnemonia).
