This office is a joke! For starters the receptionist are rude more then they are nice. Now for why I will never return. I went for a well visit. I waited for OVER and hour, while other people who came in after me saw the doc. When I inquired why, I was told that they had a appointment before me. These people, who showed up after my appointment time, saw my doc before me while I sat at 9 months pregnant for over an hour in the waiting room. It was obvious appointment times and promptness means nothing in that office. Now for the kicker, it was a well visit and as per my insurance I should not have a co-pay, not only did they charge me BUT they also diagnosed me as a Diabetic. Now I have been playing a fun game of phone tag with the office manager trying to get my money back and the diagnosis fixed. My insurance confirmed that they still, 4 weeks later, have not fixed it. Mind you this is for an appointment back in June. I am now being told that because I had an OB/GYN visit I do not also get a PCP well visit. Something my insurance has said is not true. A woman gets BOTH and OB/GYN visit and a PCP well visit. I am so beyond angry with this Doctors office. I would not recommend this office at all and would give it no starts if I could.

I love dr Hanna. She takes her time with me and all her patients she listens to your concerns and checks you thoroughly shes an excellent doctor as well as an excellent person and human being I absolutely adore her.
