While this wasnt the closest location to me, the ones that were had terrible reviews and I was worried about the long wait and ride staff. This location had no reviews yet; turns out they just opened Aug 1. The office was very clean, but a little confusing when you walk in because theres no "front desk", only a sign-in sheet. I had made a same-day appointment for 2pm. I signed in at 1:55 and Frank got me immediately into the room. While he was a little rushed (apparently they had been slammed the day before) but smiling, friendly, and willing to answer any questions. I told him I need to lie down when I get blood drawn and he easily accommodated (I had previously been to East Brunswick and the lady there didnt take me seriously and I fainted). Frank had a very gentle touch and, even though unneeded several vials of blood drawn, I never felt a thing! I was out by 2:15 and thats only because I wanted to lie down a while after. This is my new go-to location for lab work!

The guy here is actually nice, if you talk to him. Very clean, wish that when you call they actually answer the phone and/or return messages left for this particular location. Blood work results have nothing to do with your results or report.. so dont blame this guy.. I like it here!

The associate who works there chinese or philpeno what ever was extremely rude they dont dont know how to deal with babies ladies or any paralize person extremely bad experience

This is the worst Quest center. There is an Chinese/Philipino guy who is very rude. I think he should be fired.
