Dr Hershey and everyone at IVO continue to treat my dog Starflash and I so well. When Starflash was first diagnosed with an anal gland tumor I was terrified but here we are now nearly a year later enjoying walks and cookies and time with all our family & friends. I have never felt rushed when asking questions or made to feel silly for sleeping in the lobby during her procedures. Dr Hershey knows what shes doing and is very professional and we were given options for treatments. Melissa has been our go-to tech from day one and genuinely loves my pup. Lets face it no one wants to end up at the oncologist but if you do then this is where you want to be. Im grateful for this time with my sweet girl. Everyday ❤️ Best advice. Breathe. Dr. Hershey and her team of animal techs are the best! They are all amazing individuals that really CARE for your animal, Lovingly and Holistically! Although my Thin Lizzy passed away on Dec 30, 2013, between the treatments and the LOVE she received from them, she lived a quality life and lived 2 years longer than they expected! Thank you Dr. Hershey and staff for the tender loving care you gave me and my beloved Doxy! I also thank all the staff for the beautiful little remembrance plaque they made of Thin Lizzys paw prints that will lovingly grace the wall of my home for years to come! Blessings to you all! If you want a knowledgeable Doctor and staff that are very caring-you need to bring your pet to IVO and see Dr Hersey. Very fair pricing. At times you may have a wait but they are worth it. My dogs fav staff is Becca but they are all great!
