Woman at the front desk was very nice and informative. Brought my dog in to be spayed at assigned appointment time. Few other customers ahead of me...no problem. Male person called out my dogs name and took my dog into a room. I was left there waiting not knowing if I should follow him or not. Nice lady at front desk told me to go into room. Man weighed my dog and handed me papers to sign. I noticed from his name tag HE was the VET performing the surgery. Dr Scot Diskin did not introduce himself to me. I had no idea he wasnt staff, that he was the doctor. He had absolutely NO customer skills and horrible "bedside manners" for a professional. I have raised dogs my whole life and have never encountered such a rude and unprofessional "doctor" (vet). My questions to him were answered with an uncaring yes or no blunt answer. No warm and fuzzy feeling with this guy! I left the clinic feeling extremely uneasy leaving my pet there. After calling my husband at work and telling him about my experience with Dr. Scot, I drove back to the clinic to pick up my dog. I just had this horrible feeling that he didnt give a crap about me or my dog. Even though they made me pay $30 to get my dog back, I feel I may have saved her life. Hes a jerk! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS "DOCTOR" TO ANYONE!

My first cat was spayed and things seemed to go well. We picked her up the same day. She ate well. She got a cold or some other minor illness but healed great, without us needing any kind of assistance from third parties. When I confirmed the appointment to neuter my second cat I asked about post op care and was given instructions to use newspaper litter, and wait a day or two before picking him up, when Id be given more information on how to care for him at home. Then when I asked more questions I was told his file had been mixed up with another cat who was going in to be declawed. I went against my instincts and still took him in. Thankfully he wasnt declawed but he did come back with an eye infection that was extremely hard to get rid of. He also got sick and threw up immediately after getting home, then sat in his vomit because he was too weak to leave the litter box. I had to call an animal hospital for advice on how to help him and recovery was challenging, to say the least. I appreciate the services but would not consider going back nor recommending them to any family or friends.

Took our 5 lb Dachshund in to be spayed and micro-chipped. We had pre-filled the paperwork so this saved us a few mins filling it out. Dr. Fisher was just amazing, And made both my husband and I feel so much better about leaving our fur-baby. We left her at 8 am and got a call at 11 telling us that she was just waking up and she was doing great and we could pick her up at 1:30. The discharge instructions were very clear. The price was right as well, keep in mind they were not the cheapest and they were not the most expensive either, Id call it middle of the road on price. What sold us was reviews from all over the internet and they send your pet home with the pain meds. Why would you not do this anyway? Some clinics do not do this and make you pay extra. My pets comfort was the goal in the end. In the end, we were very pleased with Lillys care and I still cant say enough good things about Dr. Fisher, he was great and really loved up our Lilly to make her feel better too.

I took my 3.14 lb Chihuahua, Bentely, in to have him neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and one deciduous - baby tooth removed. He is just over one year, and one of his testicles hadnt dropped, so they had to remove it from his abdomen. Dr. Diskin was very kind, and his receptionist and techs were great! Bentley had a reaction to his vaccines, and I at first thought it was swelling from his tooth being removed, but soon realized his whole face was swelling like a bull dog. I called, and they had me take him down right away for some doggy Benadryl! It is day two, he is sore and walking slowly, understandably. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Diskin and his staff. I had a quote for just the neuter in Canada, and they told me $600 to $1000 as he required exploratory surgery. For everything my bill came to $255.

Malpractice is an error that a professional, who is expected to have a certain level of competence because of special training and experience, shouldnt make. For example, if a veterinarian looks at a dog with mange and treats it for heartworm, thats probably malpractice, because the vet should know better. In this case Im absolutely shocked at the level of neglect and piss poor customer service its flabbergasting. Its been over a week since Ive contacted the clinic about the botched neutered surgery the dr preformed that I had to spend double to get corrected and make sure my dog didnt get an infection from that. They have yet to contact me back, no email, call text or carrier pigeon. Horrible service and a chop shop. Seriously mobile clinics have more credibility at this point

I have seen some very horrible reviews that I cant believe. I have taken all 5 of our dogs there since they have been open. I have never seen anything but kindness and caring compassionate people every time Ive been there. Weve taken a handful of feral cats that we got when we bought our house which was a challenge and everyone there was super helpful. We have recommended them to family and friends who all agree and have nothing but nice things to say. If you are looking for somewhere to get vaccines or your a spay or neutered youre not going to find anywhere better especially for the price theyre amazing. We are super happy with them and will continue to use them and recommend them!

I just took my Morkie in today to get him neutered. I have a regular vet that I have been going to for over 15 years. My vet wanted to charge me $800 just for nutering. I called Paws they scheduled me right in and charged me almost nothing including medicine and micro chipped him. (at my request) The staff was very kind went out of their way to answer any questions and were very helpful. The facility was very clean I could not have been happier. I will definitely be going back for shots and teeth cleaning. I highly recommend not only due to the very low cost but also the professionalism this was definitely a good experience.

I needed my dog fixed before my son is born so i browsed around for a good and trust worthy place that is also cost effective. I found paws and decided to go with them, and I cannot be happier I did!! Dr fisher was amazing and made Otis feel like everything is okay! (Otis is a very spastic lab/pit mix) and somehow dr fisher made him relaxed! Otis is currently recovering but you would have never even guessed he got surgery a couple days ago! His insicioun is very clean and not that big. Dr fisher even sent me an email to check on Otis, I thought that was awesome!!! HIGHLY recommended!!
