The vet is great and seems very knowledgeable. I enjoyed talking to her and she respected your input. However, I can find nothing nice to say about the staff. NOT friendly, I always felt like I was imposing on their time, etc. No hi Mrs. ..., hows (pet name) doing? The receptionist doesnt even bother to look up from her desk when you come in. The staff makes me question how they treat my pets when they take them to the back. Only one follow up call after my first visit. After several visits with my different pets, I went back to my former vet even though she is farther away. No one from this office has even called to see why I never returned for re-checks. I hope Dr Olson observes and re-evaluates her staff.

Dr Olson is amazing! She has taken such great care of my lab who has recently had several problems seeing that she is now 12 years old. She calls my home several times to check in on my pets. She has called me on weekends and had no problem giving me her personal cell phone to get in touch with her. Her office is quite far from my home, but I have no problem driving there because of the exceptional care she and her staff provides for my dogs. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and compassionate vet.

They go above and beyond in both care and customer service, they epitomize "small town service" that seems to be lost in our busy lives. Dr Olson brings a unique perspective to animal medicine as she was a biologist before becoming a DVM.
