Was so disappointed with this office policy. I have been using this vet for probably almost 10 years. When I went to order flea medication even though they said they would match internet prices they would not. As you know flea medication is very expensive and I am a senior citizen and try to watch what I spend. I found the medication on line cheaper and told the vet office. They gave me their price which was higher. So I ordered off the internet and they need a Rx from the vet. Would you believe the vets office would not fax or phone the Rx in for me. Not only that but when I called to see if my Rx had been sent they told me that they left a message saying they couldnt send it. No message was recorded anywhere. I was so upset. Talk about customer no service....After, 10 years....So, meanwhile I had to go back to the office, get the Rx and mail it to the internet vet. It is definitely time for a change of veti service.

the vet gave my dog a wrong-diagnosis and made me pay $236 because he was "sick" he was still not eating and throwing up so we went back and the vet said he had swallowed a rubber ball and asked me to pay another $186 and the dog needed surgery for over $1500 .I asked them to finance the X-Ray fee and after i payed $20 the second day they sent me a collection letter. There were many hidden fees and the nurse followed my son to the car and grabbed the X-ray CD(that i didnt know i had to pay for until after they did it) from him.I never got to keep the CD. I later went to Wellpet Humane and they gave me wayy better deals, with a total charge for $438 including X-ray,diagnosis,surgery, and nutter. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone i recommend WellPet Humane Atlanta and its only 20 minutes away from Buford.

While both doctors are really great and compassionate the office is not run very well. I love the vets and thats why I keep bringing my dogs here but the office is so unorganized! We were waiting on medication to come in for our dogs and no one called us when it did, I had to contact them. Even though they told us they would give us a call. They also do not seem to update their charts very well. They had my dog listed as 55 lbs (from when he was a little puppy) and now he is almost 80 lbs, completely different amount of medication needed. But again I absolutely love the vets there, they are very nice and understanding. They have a ton of patience trying to explain things to you and they are an average cost for their services it seems.

As much as I am not the person to want to slam companies, what occurred today at my dogs annual appointment was inexcusable. During the tech review I stated that we were declining two specific vaccines and Jr. blood work panel. They asked to bring her to the back for the blood test (heart worm), vaccines and weight all to which I was fine with. That was my mistake. At checkout, they requested almost $200 for the visit when it was supposed to be around $130. Turns out no one respected or honored my requests. They went ahead and did all vaccines even though 30 seconds prior the tech had "made notes" as to what services I agreed to and on top of it - wanted to charge me for it. Disgusted and will not return.

Animal Hospital of North Gwinnett is fantastic. Dr. Jeff Wit and Dr. David Crossett have both treated three of my pets over the past several years. Nothing is worse when you are dealing with a sick or hurt pet. When we dont understand what our loving pets are truly experiencing we want a Vet we can trust. I have total confidence in both Dr. Wit and Dr. Crossett that they have my pets best interest at heart. If you love your furry friends as much as I do mine, dont hesitate get the best for them.

We have been so pleased with the Doctors and staff here! Their kindness and compassion for our pets is unsurpassed. This is one of the cleanest animal hospitals I have seen and there is no "pet smell". The entire staff is very personable, respectful and a pleasure to have take care of our pets. We have had some "unusual issues" over the years and have trusted their judgement and treatment completely. Thanks so much to one and all!

I feel so welcome when I come in and the girls at the front desk are so helpful & courteous. My pet needed surgery and the process was as easy as I could expect for both myself and my pet. There were absolutely no complications, the surgery site was very clean and healthy, and there did not seem to be any pain or discomfort for my pet which made this procedure a great success! Thank you to the Doctors and staff for an excellent outcome!

We took our cat Scooter to Animal Hospital-North Gwinnett for his annual exam. He is now 8 years old and we have been taking him here since he was a kitten. We have also entrusted our three dogs to their care in the past. All three have now passed away. We have a new puppy that we will be taking for his scheduled shots. I highly recommend them since the staff is very caring. Their vets are terrific!!!

The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. Doc Crossett is extremely caring and seems to accurately and quickly able to diagnose the issues my dog Jack has had. His recommendations for treatment have helped issues that prior vets seem to have not been able to get a hold of. All around great service!

These people are so awesome and caring. They saw my sweet Boxer Rhiley in an emergency even when my regular vet turned me away. My baby did not pull through but their love and compassion(during and after) has earned my business with my other two Boxers and I will never return to Heart of Suwanee.
