I have been going to Muddy Branch for several years as they are not only my vet, but offer their services at cost to the rescue group I volunteer with. All three vets are caring people who are willing to take the time to make sure your pet is doing their best. The staff are all friendly and helpful - its obvious they love animals. This time when I visited, my dog too exception to having his teeth examined and snapped at the vet. She went out of her way to make sure there was no pain causing his reaction and then spent some time with me reassuring me that nothing was wrong and suggesting how to prevent this in the future. When I had to put my last dog to sleep I lost count of how many people there hugged me and told me they were sorry. This kind of caring means a lot.

Muddy Branch Vetinary is awesome. Weve been taking our dogs there for years. We have a frequent flyer and see Dr. Challberg every time for consistency. They have even fit me in on a really busy day so my dog could be seen by Dr.Challberg before her condition became worse. I really appreciated that I didnt have to see another vet who was not as familiar with my dog. I know the doctors talk every day and are familiar with all the dogs but mines a little bit more complicated than your average doggy. Staff is great. I totally recommend.

My fiancee and I moved to the area about a year ago and use this vet for our two dogs. We absolutely love it there. Everyone is super nice and patient with us and our dogs. It is evident that they care about the health of our pets over anything else. Very highly recommended. Our main Veterinarian there is Dr. Kats, but weve seen the other Veterinarians and enjoyed working with each of them. Also - very willing to work with you on whatever issue may arise with your pet!

Love Muddy Branch Vet! Weve seen Dr. Challberg many times for our own two dogs as well as dogs that we care for in our boarding and daycare business. She takes time to let the dogs get comfortable with her and she truly cares for each and every pup that she sees. She goes over every available treatment option and benefits/risks of each option. The entire staff is wonderful! We get a lot of our clients asking for vet recommendations and Muddy Branch is always #1!

I have been taking my dog here for years and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Its easy to get an appointment and the prices are very fair for the service. Most of all, I appreciate that the staff are very real and down-to-earth people. There is no pushing of expensive food, treats, procedures, etc. Just normal people who genuinely have your pets best interest in mind. I have recommended this place to friends who have also had good experiences.

Muddy Branch has been fantastic for both our cat and dog. The vet care is professional and focuses on the comfort and well being of the animal, rather than just doing lots of tests and prescribing lots of drugs. The vets and vet techs are so good with our dog, that he actually loves to come to the vet because he gets lots of hugs. The grooming here is top notch and reasonably priced as well.

Our 21 year old cat refuses food, is very weak, and is not in transportable condition. Since this veterinary center is closest to us I have called and asked to talk to a veterinarian to explore what our options may be. After explaining the situation they refused to even talk to us unless we bring the cat over.

Fantastic help. My cat had been dealing with an eye infection that wasnt clearing up. Muddy Branch Veterinary Center took my last minute request and spent plenty of time talking to me about what was going on and our treatment options. They were great helping calm my cat, and gave me a peace of mind.

A great veterinary center with good vets and techs. They dont hard sell you on treatments. They understand that pet owners dont all have enough money to take the most expensive approach. So the are transparent and offer you options. I really like their approach.
