Went there on a Saturday with a sick dog, was waiting when they opened the door & the lady at the front desk was so RUDE, another lady was there and her animal had passed away & her vet was on vacation so she didnt know where else to go, she was crying & wanted help with cremation. The lady at the desk showed ZERO compassion, she shoved a clip board at her and told her to fill out some forms. My vet too (same vet) was on vacation and the lady told me WE TAKE CARE OF OUR OWN CLIENTS! I asked if she could work me in and she said no that I needed to go somewhere else. I had heard from several people that they were rude and I can testify to that fact. I told the lady with the pet that had passed how sorry I was and I left. ZERO stars wasnt an option but that is what I would have given them based on how they acted!

I agree with the review from Susan. Just moved to this vet and they dont work with you if you need help with one of your pets, its an appointment or you are told to go to an emergency clinic down the street in Mansfield. What has happened to good customer service? Its certainly not at this vets office. Call Midlothian Vet Clinic and they let me come right away. Moving all my animals records to the Midlothian Clinic.

Dr. Welsh is an amazing vet! She took time with us to explain everything going on with our cats and solicited our input for a plan of action. She does NOT rush you out of the office to get to the next customer. That being said, we had an appointment later in the afternoon and were promptly taken back. We didnt wait at all even though I was expecting to. The office staff is also very friendly and attentive.

Girl at the front desk was rude and would not even try to fit me in. I had a pregnant queen that was past her due date and They directed me to the emergency clinic where it costs a fortune to have your animal looked at. There was no sympathy in her tone of voice. I will not return to this veterinarian clinic.

Dr. Welsh and her staff are amazing. They take care of our babies as if they were their own. Maddie recently became ill and they care and patience with her and us was top of the line. Dr. Welsh called several times to check in her. I love that the staff knows us and the names of all of our babies.

We have seen Dr Welsh for all our cats and dogs for 2 years. Recently we had to make the tough decision to euthanize our 15 year old dauschaund. Our family was devastated. The care and concern from the whole staff at the clinic was amazing. Thank you so much. Love and miss you deeply Macie.
