I trust taking my two dogs here, they are always greeted warmly by friendly staff & handled with care. Their prices are more than reasonable & the best in the general area spanning a few neighboring cities. I take them here from Addison where we live even through there are closer clinics. My little one has had a lot of problems this past year & they have been wonderful with helping her and finding ways to keep her comfortable as well as healthy. There was one instance where I had to wait for a very long time to be seen but this happened once out of several times Ive been there. That was annoying but I took it with a grain of salt b/c my other experiences have been wonderful there. Overall, I would come again and I would recommend this place.

I wasnt looking for a place that took time to be concerned with my feelings about my sick dog. I needed a place that focused entirely on the pet. The medical care at this location is top notch. Im used to vets coming out to look at horses and knowing that they dont have the luxury of trying something different every week just to see how things work out or else the animal will probably die. The care here is very similar: they know they need to get it right the first time and they arent concerned with preserving your feelings at the expense of the animals health. The staff is actually very nice, but they know their business and they know healthcare.

Ive been taking the family pets here for about 10 years, and I cant say enough good about them. It is a tiny, old facility, but my dogs have never once asked me to take them someplace fancy. The doctors and staff here are top notch and do everything they can to help your pets. I cant imagine taking my furry family anywhere else.

I have been taknig my "Family " members to this establishment for 20 plus yrs and have always been treated with the UTMOST respect for myself and my Family members- THay do get BUSY , so sometimes the atmosphere is hectic , but I have NEVER ,EVER witnessed RUDE or CURT behavior They are" THE" place I recommend to EVERYONE
