I love this clinic especially Dr. Banta. He is amazing introduces himself as David which makes me feel as Im interacting with a friend not a Doctor and he is very personable compared to my last veterinarian who loved talking to me and my family in strict medical terms almost making me feel as if she didnt want me to understand or maybe to make us feel less than or perhaps a constant reminder to herself that she is educated.. Who knows but this place is so different very down to earth and very eager to keep clients happy whether offering water or coffee upon entrance or addressing me by name as I walk through the door as well as my dogs on my second visit. They were very thorough too I had several phone conversations to report lab results and then a call to tell me my pet had no worms and another call to see how my dog was doing. They also sent me a welcome card with coupons for grooming (excellent groomer by the way knowledgeable and knows what shes doing with grooming - best my dog ever looked) and coupon for a microchip 2 days after I left there. I am truly blown away it was soooo much more than I ever would have expected so satisfied that Im doing the 1st review I have EVER done in my life!!!!

I was happy with this veterinarian, unfortunately for the past few weeks I have been put on hold immediately for hold times lasting in the 15 minute range before even speaking to someone. My dog had a bad reaction to medicine and they were too busy to see him at their office, it seems like they are very overbooked, too busy to talk to clients, too busy to see clients, too busy for business...sometimes there is something to be said for companies who arent too big and can maintain a good relationship with customers.

We just had an emergency vet appointment for our rottweiler, Achilles. After quick inclusive blood work panel, physical examination, tick/heartworm test, out pooch was diagnosed with a ticket borne disease. The veterinarian and assistant were very professional and compassionate. My favorite part is that they are reasonably priced. issuehassistance

We switched to this practice in 2016 after issues with our previous veterinary clinic and we couldnt be happier! They know us as soon as we walk-in, dont mind answering our endless questions, and genuinely care for our dog; we could not be happier that we changed practices!

the staff was all very friendly, and very caring about animals. I have two pitties and they were very knowledgeable on the breed. Was reasonably priced! -very hard to find a good vet, this one is definitely an awesome practice ! highly recommended!!!!!!

They are awesome. Dr. Banta is very personal, the staff was all very friendly. Working for a specialty-medicine vet clinic I am picky about where I take my dogs, and I wont take them anywhere else.
