I went to LensCrafters and after an okay exam, I purchased contacts. once these contacts ran out, I realized I could receive a discount through my job so I chose to order them through another site. While I was waiting for my new contacts to come in, I realized I would be short for two days. I went to LensCrafters and asked the doctor if she could give me two contacts to get me through the overlap in my delivery. She agreed at first but then when she realized I ordered them through a different vendor, she told me she could only provide me a trial pair, if I ordered them through LensCrafters. Ive been wearing contacts since I was 13 and have never been denied a pair of contacts from my own DOCTOR. I even offered to pay for them but they still refused. case in point , this LensCrafters is only in it for the money. if you dont like that people can find a better price somewhere else than you should offer a price match or give your patients the best deals. I will not be returning as a patient so not only did you lose my contact order, my sunglasses and regular glass orders but you lose me completely as a patient.

Love buying my glasses here, but the doctors office is a different story! I was sent the WRONG prescription lenses and when I called, Margret was incredibly rude, and told me she could not talk to patients during patient hours. Naturally the manager was "not in" when I asked to speak with a manager. I guess they only have time for you before you hand over hundreds of dollars for lenses. Once they have your money they dont care what happens?
