I had a scheduled appointment for my son and right as our name was called for the front desk to take all our infomation there computer systems went down. The way that the staff especially the girl at the front, I think her name was Carrie? handle the whole situation was amazing, the guy at the front desk was kind enough to print out directions to the new location down the road for patients coming in they handled all the customers questions patiently, it took me 2 hours to finally leave but I must say I was VERY impressed at how they handled the situation. They have an amazing staff there. Carry and the guy at the front did an excellent job!!!

Arrived 10 minuets early for appointment. No sign in sheet wait at counter for 5 minutes while being ignored. Called back 15 minutes after appointment time, told computers are down I would have to have hard copy from Doctor and there was nothing they could do. Horrible people at from desk as always.

refuse to go to Medford,NJ office although its the closest to my house always a very very long wait, staff can be nasty, have left twice without getting blood work done I drive to Route 73 office, pleasant staff, never a long wait

Horrible took 5 year daughter to get her monthly blood work here. They couldnt find her paperwork then I was asked by guy if I was there for paternity test. Do not use this lab Corp
