We took birthing classes, gave birth, and had to visit the ER here. Our experience was beyond what we could have envisioned. Its a small hospital so expect that type of experience. You will get proper care and treatment in the maturity ward. They offer free tours if you are considering giving birth there. My wife and I referred to the experience as "crunchy", because they are very pro breast feeding and perhaps viewed as having old school ways; however, it fit exactly what we wanted.

Brought our daughter into the ER on a Friday night due to a broken arm. We were very happy and impressed with the care she received. We were seen fairly quickly for an ER, and everyone who helped her was very friendly and caring. It made the experience much less traumatic for her. The staff was superb! We live on ft drum, and are relieved to know there is an ER close by that we feel comfortable going to if necessary.

If I could I give this hospital zero stars I would. My pregnant girlfriend has been treated poorly and rudely by most of the staff (not all though). House keeping has come by one time in four days. There are ants crawling on the walls. I had to request house keeping and they did a terrible job. Completely disgusted.

Wait time was good but overall prof. I Was not impressed. The person who did my vitals was not friendly at all and apparently forget how to smile. Nurse and P.A. were good. My Discharge paperwork had another patients blood work in it. As a Healthcare provider myself, this was was sad. Yikes...

I am from Austin, TX and this is the best ER I have ever been to in my life! Super fast, friendly, professional staff. No waiting to be seen that is a first in my book. Quick and very thorough. I definitely recommend coming here to be seen. I was treated by Star & Terry. They were wonderful :-)

Visit the Emergency room 01/15/17 around 1.15 am and it was my first time visiting this place and i got to say im glad i did the staff was very friendly the Dr was excellent with great bed side manners!! I really recommend this place.

Worst hospital Ive ever been to. You will be in the emergency room for at least 6 hours. If they are busy (more then 3 patients) expect the wait to be even longer. Everything is old and dirty looking. Go to Samaritan.
