Dr. Sara Williams is amazing. She has been the vet to my dogs for many years (2 past dogs; 3 present). I was extremely excited when I found out she was opening her own clinic. She is a true gem. Her expertise and compassion for animals exceed all expectations. She is thorough and takes time with you and your pet. You never feel like you are being rushed. She explains the different procedures or treatments, ensuring that you understand clearly everything that needs to be done. We had an excellent experience with her in the treatment of my Madison who had congestive heart failure and my Mitzi who had doggie dementia. She helped me and them through the entire treatment and process of having a sick or aging dog. Within the last year we adopted two rescue dogs. Both terrified of going to the vet. She got down on the floor with them; doing everything possible to make them feel comfortable. What a change we have seen. Even though going to the vet isn’t their favorite thing to do, they both now trust Dr. Sara and her staff. Patrick and Patches love receiving all of the attention and belly rubs. I would highly recommend taking your pets to Dr. Sara at Northwest Animal Hospital. It is truly a wonderful place and your animal will receive excellent care!!!

Ive had dogs for over 40 years of my life and that means I have had lots of different vets and I have to say hands down that Dr. Sara is the most compassionate, most caring, soft spoken, sensitive vet I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She truly cares about my dogs and treats them as her own. I am so happy that I decided to look her up when I realized that she probably was still practicing somewhere and found that she had opened her own practice right in my hometown! I was thrilled to find her. I also cannot say enough good things about everyone that works in the office, Lori, Molly, April - they are all fabulous. If I missed someone I apologize - Oh I missed Dirk the big head Boxer - I love when he greets you at the counter. We miss Charlie who doesnt get to come to work so often anymore but hope to see him on one of my visit. Even getting to know the cat! You will not be disappointed if you decide to give Northwest Animal Hospital a try!

We are new to the area and Dr. Sara and her team have been FANTASTIC. We have lived in many states and have worked with many vets; Dr. Sara is the best vet weve had! She is kind, compassionate, dedicated, thorough, thoughtful, etc. Not only is she excellent with our pets, but she is also very good with children. She has included my 5 year old in the process every time we go, one time even bandaging her stuffed dog on the operating table! Dr. Sara has a gentle and patient demeanor which is so calming to our old dog. She has patiently and compassionately helped us through the difficult process of determining quality of life issues with our 13 year old dog.The office staff and techs are friendly and helpful, as well. And, as an added benefit, they offer a cup of Keurig coffee or tea while you are waiting. I feel blessed because this office is right around the corner from our home.

What a wonderful experience we had at Northwest Animal Hospital. I needed an appointment for my 9 month old kitten who was dealing with some tummy issues. The staff here got us in right away. We were first greeted by the friendly receptionist, Laurie. Next we were escorted back to an exam room where Dr Sara gave a very thorough examination of our newest family member, Sunny. She explained her diagnosis and Dr Sara and her assistant, Molly, were also very thorough in explaining our next steps to getting Sunny back to good health! Everyone was very friendly and the enviroment was not only clean and friendly but also very welcoming! We have found our new Veterinarian family!!

When we brought in our 11lb havapoo dog, Ella with an ear infection, the staff and in particular Dr Williams could not have made us feel more welcome and that they really cared about our dog! They checked her out, cleaned her ear out, and gave us some medicine and very good instructions on how and when to apply and boom, within 2 weeks our little Ella was totally healthy. They even did a follow up to make sure she was healthy without gouging us for every little action, Very fair pricing and great staff. This is our new Vet clinic and the only option for our little Ella going forward.

Every staff we have encountered is nothing shy of amazing with our baby, Jellybean! She can be shy with new people if they are scared of dogs and she was so friendly with everyone because they are all experienced and know exactly how to approach animals! We havent had any issues with anything at this vet. Its close to home, the staff rock and its extremely clean! Also, if you have a medical question regarding your animal you can email the vet and they will reply quickly if you should bring them in or what you can do at home! :) Highly recommend for those that love theirs pets!!

We have known Dr. Sara for years and were ecstatic when she reopened Northwest Animal Hospital. She is the best Vet we have ever had the privilege of working with. We have two Pitbull terriers and they are welcomed by her loving staff as if they were Labs or Poodles....no prejudice for any breeds, ever. If you are considering a new clinic, this is the only one Id consider and is well worth the extra commute. Meet Sara and her staff and you will be a believer after the first visit.

Dr. Sara and her staff are so warm and caring when it comes to your pet. They provide wonderful care and education. You feel so welcomed by everyone there including the office pets. Dr. Sara is thorough when it comes to investigating an issue your pet has, whether it is a lump, ear issues, or just an exam...you are well informed and engaged throughout the process. I cant say enough about Northwest Animal Hopsital and how great they are with my pets. Thank you!!!

We recently moved and felt our vet was too far away and were looking for a new vet. Speeding up the process, our dog caught his dew claw on something. We found Northwest through a google search and decided to try them with their high reviews. They took such good care of our dog, minimizing his stress and making him as comfortable as possible. Damaged claw clipped, bandaged and healed quickly. He was back to his silly ways in just a couple days. We found his new vet!

I love everyone at the Northwest Animal Hospital and so does my dog! We came to Dr. Sara a little mangled and needing much attention as my dog came from a farm. Not only did they take care of my dog they helped me be a better dog owner by sharing with me the best ways to care for my dog as I am a new dog owner. I feel much better about my dog’s health.
