He really cares about the pets and not the revenue they bring in. Ive work in a vets office before and I can estimate that he makes about a 10% profit off his services while most vets make a 50-60% profit. I would pay more for a good vet but what makes him a better vet is that he is doing this to help the animals and make sure that all pets are getting the best treatment possible regardless of the owners ability to dish out cash. I love that my dog isnt a dollar sign. My old vet said my dog had cancer and was going to put her down.We went to Dr. Ross on the advice of a friend. He decided to sedate her and take a closer look... she had a rock (the "cancer) lodged in her mouth. We got IV and oral antibiotics, exam, and sedation for under $80. My years in a vet office I had to turn away so many people with their sick and dieing pet in their arms because they couldnt afford to pay the inflated prices. I wish I would have know about Dr. Ross then, someone who wouldnt turn away your pet no matter what.

dr ross is probably the most compassionate veterinarian I have ever encountered he is not worried if you spay or neuter your dog/cat (I have dogs) he is only concerned about your pet..thank you dr ross for taking care of my( children) for all the years that you have...and their babies!!!! with that being said...if you dont use him you are definitely missing out on excellent care...and by the way I do not work there..,just very pleased with his professionalism of the job he does...and I must not forget the staff those gals and guy are top notch...keep up the great work!!!! regards , lachaon parker

Dear Customers of Dr. Ross. Last week I took my dog to his office for sick exam and noticed that he does not have a lift exam table. all dogs, and my dog 136 pounds doberman he lifts with his hands on very simple old fashion exam table. If you care to help to most helpful and trustful professional doctor as Dr. Ross is. Please lets get together and buy the table. It is heart breaking when i think that Dr Ross may get hurt due those hard liftings.

Love this VET!! Dr Ross is awesome....he has best sense of humor. We have been to many other vets in the humble/atascocita/eagle springs area...thank goodness we found this vet! The entire staff are extremely compassionate, caring, fun and they feel like family every time we go there. we have 50-lb 1 dog & 2 cats.
