Quest Diagnostics on Cox Ln brings incompetence to a whole new level, having failed in actually drawing the blood, in performing the tests, and in contacting the patient! and I will certainly go elsewhere for blood work in the future. If you care, here are the details. First off, the phlebotomist at this joint caused more pain than I have ever heard of being caused by simple blood work. She actually wiggled the needle around to make the blood come out faster! I was going to leave without complaint and just go somewhere else in the future. Until today when the doctors office called and said that Quest had not performed all of the requested tests, so Ill have to go back in. The nurse had asked them 2 days ago to contact me and tell me this, but they never did.

I went for a pre.employment screening thinking I would be starting my job I get a call Saturday like 920am saying they could not process my sample because they lady never copied my ID so she said I could go to Hamilton today same day Saturday so I hurry and run to Hamilton and I get there at 1020am and that lady said oh sorry we stop that screening at 10am nothing she can do so of course it looks bad on me so I may not get that job now

Worst experience ever! The one lab technician staffing the office (no receptionist or anything) was the slowest person on planet earth, was not personable and wasted everyones time complaining about nonsense to her clients the entire time I was there. Do not go here!

The blood sample was spilled and no one thought to call the doctor???? I showed up for the doctor appointment and waisted my time and the doctors time because Quest didnt have the decency to call to let me know the sample was lost.
