I have been coming to country court for some time (probably too long) and have realized that this is the greatest show on earth! It could be giving the Ringling Bros. a run for their money, Every time I bring an animal in its always. "oh, lets do some tests to be sure." or "we will need to do some blood work" or we will have to give him medication" or something along those lines. I understand they are in business to make money, but I think they put that before actually caring for the animals health properly. That being said, I suppose they have taken care of my animals (kind of) since they are still alive but after refusing about 75% of their recommendations for tests and medications. It seems what should be routine checkup turns into a $1500 ordeal before saying no thanks and leaving. Now, I understand there are animal owners that take care of their pets better than themselves and dont sleep well unless their pets have everything possible done to them, but I am not one of these people. I would appreciate it if I could have just what is necessary, pay for the services rendered, and go on our way and not be "up-sold" on anything.

The place has filthy carpets and my dog got fleas twice from them already. Both times the assistant behind the counter was notified about the carpet and dog. On the other hand the place looks fine. My wife and I have been to this location 4 times and are not considering on coming back anymore. Their are two doctors their that have no idea on what they are doing and change the subject when questions are raised or appointed. Very very irritating and annoying. Dr. Lewis on the other hand is the only one their that is normal and keeps direct points on the dog and questions. However, as far as the pricing goes, it is very very over priced compared to other animal hospitals. Their is also a suspicion about them giving the dogs a peeing problem after their visits. Our friends and my wife have noticed that ever single one of our dogs that where taken to the clinic developed parasites in the urinary track. If anyone else notices a change or smelly urine from their dog after a visit from the clinic please write or notify everybody else for reviews.

The moment I walked into CCAH, I was looked upon condescendingly. I am younger, and the entire staff definitely took that into account. I was treated like an idiot, and the vet I saw made it seem like there was no way I would be able to properly take care of my dog. I have grown up with dogs, and have a pretty good background with them, and did not appreciate being spoken to as if I were a small child. The prices there are also a little outrageous, which is not very surprising for a small clinic. I do not think that they were trying to squeeze every penny out of me, but they were so overwhelmingly worried about every little thing, that they kept wanting to pump my dog full of medicine that she did not need. I would only recommend this clinic to someone extremely rich and over 30, otherwise they will judge you, instead of treating you as a paying customer who wants to take care of their dog.

I have been taking my goldendoodle to Country Court since she was a puppy -- and have been extremely happy with her care there. Ive seen all three vets over the years -- and while their styles differ -- they are each caring and concerned about the welfare of my dog. I have never felt that they were pushing me toward expensive tests. In fact, when Ive brought my dog in with minor GI problems -- theyve suggested we start with conservative treatment and see if she gets better (she always does). I feel confident with the care they provide -- and the vets are always happy to answer questions (I never feel as though Im being rushed). Overall -- I think Country Court is a fantastic place to take your pet for compassionate and excellent care.

I have been taking my Shipoo here for 10 years and have had nothing but great service and care. Max jumped and injured his leg and Dr. Block did not push X rays after examining him. She said to see what happens and to keep him off of his leg to let the possible issue resolve itself. It was thought It could be serious, a torn tendon which would have been very expensive surgery etc.. She was right as Max healed in a month or two and is great. Dr. Block takes her time every visit. I have never felt rushed at all. I prefer Dr. Block and the staff is always accommodating in scheduling my visits with her. Max is ten and is still very healthy and active!

I have been bringing my dogs to Dr.Block for 6 years. I cannot say enough good things about her and everyone there!!! Dr.Block is extremely smart, dedicated, thorough and beyond understanding and patient. After my dog got diagnosed with diabetes I struggled with finding a vet that could finally help me manage her diabetes without going in debt to do it. Finding Dr.Block 6 years ago was the a huge blessing. Because of her my diabetic dog lived a full life to 15 and a half years old. Her understanding on the subject is amazing!!! Thank you Dr.Block and all of you at country court!!!!!!

I have four animals that I take to CCAH. When there, I find that everyone is treated same. Their diagnosis have been right on the mark. When need be they have recommend another facility to handle problems that they are not equipped to do. They have shown compassion to my group when needed. Have gotten tips on how to handle certain situations that I was not familiar with. Ive had the opportunity to be serviced by each of the Vets at CCAH, Dr. Block, Dr. Dornhoff and Dr. Lewis and received the best from each.

Took my 16 year old dog there several weeks ago. Now I remember why I stopped taking my cats there. It was not an issue of money, it was an issue of Dr Blochs rude arrogant behavior. She did not do anything for my little dog. Had to take her to another vet. If you care about your animals I highly recommend you take them elsewhere as this place cares not for them.

Got same impression as on one of the reviews. Money first. My 17 years old cat was dying, yet theyve done tests unneeded in his situation and even tried to talk me into more tests. They also prescribed drugs that made his torment worse while I was asking to alleviate it. But... everyone is nice and sweet there. Theyll even give you a hug, if you cry.

Our 15 year old beloved cat was in pain, suffering from pancreatic and kidney disease. We were offered options for treatments to prolong his life but after much deliberation, we felt they were too stressful to put him thru and chose euthanasia. Couldnt have been done better. Everyone was so considerate, caring and gentle.

Dr. Jan takes amazing care of our two rabbits. Its not easy to find a vet that treats rabbits with the same respect and care that a cat or a dog receives. The staff is very friendly and courteous so its always a pleasure to bring the girls in for the semi-annual checkups. I definitely recommend the staff and doctors here!
