I picked Kenosha AH out of the phone book a few years ago when I had a seriously ill dog and knew she needed more than my regular vet at the time could do for her. I could not have made a better choice. I have never before seen a vet who was willing to sacrifice personal time and come in after hours and on weekends and meet me so that my dog could get the treatment she needed (and this for a person who had never before set foot into their facility). There are NOT enough stars to give to Kenosha AH and to all of the wonderful people who work there. We have been going for years now and I cannot imagine trusting anyone else with the treatment of my beloved pets. We have won some and sadly lost some but I always know that my "kids" have the best possible care and treatment -- and that is what really counts

I called today to see if they carried iVet food. I just moved to the area and dont have established vet yet. The receptionist said they had food for my puppy but they dont sell to non-established clients. I asked for her to make an exception this one time because Im from burlington and the next closest place is Beloit, she responded very snarky with a no, suggested buying online and hung up the phone. Apparently they dont want cold sales, or future clients.

This vet services are not up to real vital emergency care. They stated they are but in true do not. I dont know why this is their public policy when it is not their practice . They also demand $200 dollar deposit for new patients. Yet the excuses they use for it are totally false. They also dont want complicated cases. They tell go else where.

After several separate visits I can say I recommend this vet. They are really nice and accommodating. Our dog can be a little difficult and they were very understanding. Prices were reasonable, and the facility was clean. Definitely recommended!

Friendly staff. But if you do not see the same doctor everytime it seems like the other doctors will have no clue on the condition of your pet. Need to take better notes on pets .
