I had to euthanize my precious 19 year old cat. Dr Dill and staff were so empathetic. They prepared the table with a soft fleece blanket. Gave me all the time i needed. Wrapped her up afterwards in the blanket like a baby and carried her out. They presented me with plaster impression of her paw prints in a photo frame box before i left. The next week i received a sympathy card in the mail containing flower seeds. I felt so comforted by the care that they took over my baby.

Very kind staff and welcoming environment. Dr. Dill is sensitive to not only the animals needs, but to the owners abilities. Small clinic and tight waiting room, while not extremely off-putting, can be difficult to maneuver nervous pets or aggressive animals, but the clinic is going to be updated in the near future. The staff doesnt push you into any procedure or test, which is especially great when youre a budget pet owner.

Doctor Dill is a fantastic veterinarian. I have brought several dogs to her over the past few years and she has always been wonderful with them. She is able to answer any and all questions that I have had to considerable depth, which is something that, in my experience, can cause other vets to become impatient. I have never had any problems with her medical recommendations.
