I have been an extremely satisfied customer at Bay Hill Cat Hospital for many years. I have five cats so as you can imagine have spent a fair amount of time at BHCH. Every single visit the staff goes above and beyond my expectations. They know all five of my cats by name and they also know their individual personalities and quirks. Occasionally Ive had to board one or two of them and I know they are always getting a lot of great attention. In particular one of my babies, Zeus, was a little selective about who he wanted attention from and Sara was his favorite. She is so kind and sweet and would take pictures of Zeus cuddling in her arms for me. Sadly, shortly after Christmas, we discovered Zeus had heart disease. It was shocking for me as he was barely six years old. He was prescribed medicine which prolonged his life an extra few months. During this time I would occasionally have a panic attack and bring him into BHCH without an appointment. They were always so kind and immediately would take time to check Zeus out and to reassure me. Sadly Zeus became worse and mid March I knew it was time to let him go. Dr. Avok along with Sara, one of the vet technicians, came to my house so that Zeuss last memories wouldnt be the scary drive in the carrier to the vet. I had never had to experience anything like this before and Dr. Avok and Sara both went above and beyond to explain the process and comfort me. I was able to hold my baby boy Zeus in my arms, wrapped in his favorite blanket, sitting in his favorite spot on the couch until the very end. In spite of the emotions I was feeling I was so happy that Zeuss last moments were is a familiar place and in my arms. Dr. Avok and Sara sat with the from start to finish and continuously consoled me. Afterwards they did not rush me at all and I was able to spend some time holding Zeus and talking to him, telling him how much he had been loved. When I was ready to let him go Sara took him from me as though he was a new born baby and reassured me that she would take extra special care with him. Afterwards, I received a very kind card with a personal note written by each of the staff at BHCH as well as a card with Zeuss paw prints. I have never been more touched in my life. I will be a forever customer of BHCH and I know that my four fur babies will continue to get exceptional care as well and top notch customer service for me.

Thinking that something was not quite right with my gray tabby male cat, Atticus, I tried to schedule an appointment with his regular vet who was closed for the holiday week. Bay Hill Cat Hospital had great reviews online and they were open so I scheduled an appointment with them. Im so glad I did! Dr. Avok was utterly amazing and so generous with her time. She was very thorough and did such a great job of explaining every detail. The office staff was awesome and the cost was less than half of what Id anticipated. Plus, the office itself is really cool too: lots of light from beautiful bay windows shining in and cats and mice painted on the walls. I just cant say enough good things about the experience. I was so impressed that I scheduled a second appointment for my female tuxedo cat, Thirteen. Needless to say, my two fur kids have a new vet.

The staff here are so nice and helpful. I took my cat last minute because they are open until 6pm which helps with work for an emergency and took me in right away. Dr Kari is the best! Even though they switched owners several years ago, You would never get the attention and friendliness that you get here compared to anywhere else. Dr. Kari called me several times personally to explain the medication and procedures, etc and she is always available to help and answer any questions you may have. Also, since it is a cat only hospital, this is what they specialize in, so you know you are getting the most bang for your buck. I will not be taking my kitty anywhere else!

I am very pleased with Bay Hill Cat Hospital and recommend it to all cat lovers. The office is bright and cheerful. The receptionist greeted me (and my cat) by name on the second visit. I was early for my appointment so I had a short wait which was fine. I loved that there were kittens for adoption in the reception area. That is such a good indication of commitment to pet care. I always like to see "house" cats in a surgery too. The treatment and service was excellent and the Doctor was informative and caring. I am glad to have found this clinic. To help me budget my cats dental needs, they very kindly are allowing me to do a simple prepay plan. I appreciate that.

I took my 4 cats to Bay Hill Cat Hospital when they became ill after catching a rare virus at another vet clinic. Dr. Diane saw me and was able to preliminarily diagnose the problem on the first visit. The quickest test takes 2 weeks to confirm. In the mean time, Dr. Diane and her staff kept my cats in her care and provided the best possible treatment. I thank her for the survival of 3 of my cats in a virus that is known to kill entire colonies of cats. Their office staff is very knowledgable and professional. The office is very clean. I would recommend this vet over anyone, anyday.

Bay Hill Cat Hospital has been taking care of my fur baby for the past two years and I am so happy with this place! The entire staff is warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. The office is clean and theres usually a cat or two up front, sponsored for adoption. Dr. Kari is very thorough and does a great job explaining all the tests, results, and treatments. Highly recommend!

Had to bring Mr. Mean Overbite (Romeo) in cause hes been piddling on the couch, KILL!!! Anyhow, this was my first time visiting Bay Hill and I would highly recommend them. You can sense their authenticity and sincerity as in theyre not a shady bunch. Welcoming vibe, was just a great overall experience. My only rift, the exam rooms are fairly small, tight quarters.

I brought in a *very* sick cat to Bay Hill Cat hospital for a second opinion and additional care. The doctor and staff were compassionate, helpful, and thorough. Google doesnt allow enough stars for me to adequately express how happy I am with their service and skill. Your beloved cat is in good hands at Bay Hill Cat Hospital.

Each person there from techs to Dr. Morris was very nice, helpful, and handled cat very well. Excellent care and service. Costs very reasonable. Cat doing much better now!

My cat had an infected foot and had been seen by several vets without improvement. Dr Diane Delmain was able to diagnose and treat it successfully; I think without her we would have lost the cat. I trust this vet and feel that they are very knowledgeable and give first rate care.
